WHEEL-HUB GEARS AND CASINGS THEREFOR
A gear casing for a wheel-hub assembly comprises a gear housing comprising a drive-gear volume for accommodating therewithin a gearing assembly that is positioned to mediate between a drivetrain member and a wheel-hub member, the drive-gear volume being in fluid communication with opposing first and second openings formed in the gear housing for respective gearing-assembly connections therethrough with the drivetrain member and the wheel hub member; and a lubricant compartment radially displaced from the drive-gear volume and in fluid communication therewith exclusively via an array of one or more lubricant passages disposed circumferentially around a portion of the gear housing, the lubricant-passage array arranged for flow therethrough of a gearing-assembly lubricant between the lubricant compartment and the gear housing.
Rear Wheel for a Powered Two-Wheeler
A rear wheel (1) for a powered two-wheeler has a hub (3), a rim (4) which has a rim well (5) and two rim flanges (6) terminating the rim (4) on both sides, at least one connecting element (7) for connecting the hub (3) to the rim (4), an interface (8) for attaching the rear wheel (1) to the two-wheeler, and receptacles (9, 10) provided on both sides of the rear wheel (1) for receiving a brake disc (11) and/or a drive element (12) serving to rotate the rear wheel (1). The receptacles (9, 10) on both sides are identical to one another.
WHEEL AND OMNIDIRECTIONAL MOVING DEVICE
A wheel for an omnidirectional moving device includes an annular core body formed by connecting joint members in an annular shape, and free rollers rotatably supported by the core body. Each of the joint members includes a shaft portion having a first end and a second end, a first connecting portion provided at the first end, and a second connecting portion provided at the second end. Each of the free rollers is rotatably supported by the shaft portion of the corresponding joint member. The first connecting portion of each of the joint members is rotatably connected to the second connecting portion of the adjacent joint member. The first end of each of the joint members abuts on the second end of the adjacent joint member so that a rotation range of the adjacent joint members is restricted. A cushioning material is provided between the first end and the second end.
FLANGED WHEEL HUB FOR WHEEL HUB BEARINGS
A flanged wheel hub for wheel hub bearings, the wheel hub having a flange provided with a plurality of threaded through holes and, for each threaded through hole, a respective radial arm, which has a respective axial thickness (SAB) to act as a strengthening element for the flange, at least at the position of the threaded through holes, the wheel hub being produced by forging with the flange and the arms made in one piece, and also having, for each threaded through hole, an annular boss, which is also forged in one piece with the wheel hub and is arranged around, and penetrated by, the corresponding threaded through hole for the purpose of increasing the mechanical strength characteristics of the wheel hub.
SOLID CARBON REAR WHEEL COMPRISING A POLYGONALLY OUTSIDE CONTOURED HUB
The invention relates to a drive wheel for a bike, comprising a rim which is fastened to a hub by means of a plurality of spokes, wherein the spokes are made of reinforcing fibers embedded in resin, the reinforcing fibers of a spoke extending from a first fastening portion at the rim to a second fastening portion offset against the former in the circumferential direction and being guided along the outside of the hub, wherein the hub takes a shape polygonal in cross-section on the outside to which an axial side of each spoke is adjacent. The invention further relates to a bicycle comprising said drive wheel configured as a rear wheel.
Wheel for a Motorcycle or a Motor Scooter
The invention relates to a wheel for a powered two-wheeler, in particular a motorcycle or a motor scooter, that is at least sectionally made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material. A hub area (12) of the wheel (IO) is provided with two rigid, self-supporting, metal inserts (18, 20), which are arranged on axially opposite sides of the hub area (12), and which in an axial and radial direction (A, r) are connected to one another in a form-fit manner.
HUB-BEARING UNIT CONFIGURED FOR MOUNTING ON THE KNUCKLE OF A SUSPENSION
A hub-bearing unit is provided with a hub, rotatable, with an axially outer flange portion configured for engagement with a rotatable element of a motor vehicle, a bearing unit provided with a fixed radially outer ring, configured for engagement with a fixed element of the motor vehicle, a first, axially outer, crown of rolling bodies, and a second, axially inner, crown of rolling bodies, interposed between the radially outer ring and the hub. The radially outer ring is held in position with respect to the knuckle by a stop ring, positioned on the axially inner side of the radially outer ring in a seat formed on the radially outer ring.
Wheel hub motor and motor housing of wheel hub motor
A wheel hub motor includes a motor housing and a motor received in the motor housing. The motor housing includes a first holder, a second holder coupled to the first holder, and a protective ring detachably coupled to the second holder. The motor is received in the first holder and the second holder. An inner diameter of the second holder is equal to an outer diameter of the motor. An outer diameter of the protective ring is greater than the outer diameter of the motor. An inner diameter of the protective ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the motor.
Bicycle hub assembly
A bicycle hub assembly includes a hub axle, a hub shell, and a sprocket supporting member. The sprocket supporting member includes a tubular portion and a first tooth. The tubular portion includes an outer peripheral surface and an attachment portion provided only radially inward of the outer peripheral surface. The first tooth is configured to be attached to the attachment portion of the tubular portion. The first tooth includes a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is configured to face a mounting portion of a bicycle sprocket in a circumferential direction of the sprocket supporting member. The second surface is opposite to the first surface in the circumferential direction. The second surface is configured to face the mounting portion of the bicycle sprocket in the circumferential direction.
BICYCLE HUB STRUCTURE
A bicycle hub structure has a hub seat, an interlocking ring, a chainring seat, a shaft sleeve and a one-way bearing. The assembling space of the hub seat is installed with the interlocking ring by screw locking, and the chamber of the chainring seat is also screwed with the shaft sleeve. In particular, the inner surface of the interlocking ring and the control section of the shaft sleeve have been treated with special surface treatments to strengthen the hardness, which not only retaining the lightweight effect of the hub seat and the chainring seat and locally increasing the strength and hardness of the structure to avoid being scratched and worn by the one-way bearing. As result, a more stable transmission state is achieved and the durability of the structure is improved.
