Roller Component and Suitcase
The present invention relates to a roller component having a suspension and a roller mounting rack. One end of the roller mounting rack has a cavity and is disposed inside the suspension in a sleeved manner. An articulated shaft is located inside the cavity. Two ends of the articulated shaft respectively pass through corresponding inner wall of the cavity and are connected to the suspension to make the roller mounting rack connected to the suspension in an articulated manner; a spring in a pre-compressed state is embedded in the cavity, and sleeved on the articulated shaft; the other end of the roller mounting rack is intended to mount a roller. The present invention plays a buffering and cushioning role to the roller and can raise the contact area and adhesive force of the roller with the ground surface and make the roller cling to the ground and move steadily.
Bearing for Supporting Roller
Bearing for at least one supporting roller of a carriage, which supporting roller is supported on at least one bearing surface, comprising at least one axle device which can be rotated about at least one rotational axis, at least one rocker which is connected to the axle device such that it is reliably driven, wherein, at an end which lies opposite the axle device, the rocker has at least one first connecting device for connecting the rocker to the supporting roller, at least one spring device which is arranged mechanically between the axle device and/or the rocker on one side and at least one holding device on the other side, wherein a force which forces the supporting roller onto the bearing surface can be built up on the axle device and the rocker by means of the spring device, and at least one damping device, by means of which a rotational movement of the axle device about the rotational axis can be damped, characterized in that the spring device and the damping device are configured in one piece at least in regions by way of at least one torsion spring element which is of rubber-elastic configuration at least in regions.
Positioning Systems
A method and apparatus for positioning a manufacturing tool. A wheel assembly comprises a wheel plate and rollers. The wheel plate has a perimeter and an axis of rotation that is tiltable about a tilt axis. The rollers are arranged near the perimeter of the wheel plate, each of the rollers having an axis of rotation parallel to the tilt axis. An apparatus comprises an upper frame, a lower frame associated with the upper frame, a wedge slideably located between the upper frame and the lower frame, and a force applicator associated with the wedge.
Patient care bed
A caster locking mechanism includes a foot movable between retracted and extended positions, a lock bar movable from an unlocked to a locked position, a release bar movable from an initial to a release position, and a lock and release assembly. The lock and release assembly includes a guide plate defining a slot, a rocker coupled to the lock bar and including a protrusion slidably disposed within the slot, and a release member coupled to the release bar and including a protrusion slidably disposed within the slot. Moving the lock bar to the locked position slides the protrusion of the rocker through the slot to extend the foot. Moving the release bar to the release position urges the protrusion of the release member through the and into contact with the protrusion of the rocker to urge the protrusion of the rocker back, thereby retracting the foot.
Fishing rod holder
A fishing rod holder is disclosed. The rod holder is configured for installation in a pick-up truck, and it has a rod holder component and a separate mounting base. The mounting base is installed into the bed of the pick-up truck and the rod holder may then be installed and removed from the truck as needed. Quick release mechanisms are disclosed for securing the rod holder to the mounting base. Locking means, wheels and other features are also disclosed.
Mobile folding restaurant booth style bench
Mobile folding restaurant booth style benches are provided, which may be arranged in opposed pairs to form restaurant style booths. An individual bench incorporates a mechanism for shifting the weight of the bench between a mobile base, which may be supported by swivel casters, and a stationary base, which may be supported by non-slip feet, actuated by pivoting a bench seat down from a folded storage position to an unfolded seating position. The weight shifting mechanism may include an engagement member, which is initially spaced apart from an actuator at a folded angle of the seat, and which contacts and begins transmitting force and movement to the actuator at a partially unfolded angle of the seat. Preferably, the bench further includes a biasing component that biases the stationary base upward relative to the mobile base, a locking mechanism that resists a force provided by the biasing component to retain the bench seat in the unfolded seating position, contoured shells or other covers for the seat and a seat back, and a back panel extending vertically above the seat back.
Sturdy lightweight table base and method
A sturdy lightweight table support system offers advantages of self-squaring, sturdy design, a low unassembled volume combined with simple parts that enable easy assembly, a system that enables user specification of table size that will result in easily prepared components thus all but eliminating stocks of different sized components, and sturdy lockable height adjustments. The self-squaring is achieved with a corner bracket system that uses a corner bracket that is inset with respect to a cross member within which it is mounted so that bolted assembly will result in a large, even pressure about the butt end of the cross member against the post that is extremely resistive to angular displacement of the cross member with respect to the post in any direction.

Protective system for luggage
Protective systems (1000) for a luggage piece (100) may include a deformable body (1002) and a cover (1004). The cover (1004) may be configured to overlie and to be coupled with the deformable body (1002). The cover (1004) may be more rigid than the deformable body (1002). The deformable body (1002) may include an interior shape (1034) at least partially complementary to a recess (1003) formed in an exterior surface (101) of the luggage piece (100). The deformable body (1002) may be joined to the luggage piece (100) when positioned at least partially in the recess (1003). External impacts exerted on the cover (1004) may be transmitted across the cover (1004) such that the forces associated with such external impacts may be exerted on the deformable body (1002) across a larger surface area than a surface area of the cover (1004) receiving the external impacts and may be at least partially absorbed by the deformable body (1002).
Wheel assembly for luggage
A wheel assembly includes a first body having a first end portion and a second end portion; a second body having a third end portion and a fourth end portion, the third end portion of the second body rotatably coupled to the second end portion of the first body via a first pivot pin; a wheel rotatably coupled to the second body via a second pivot pin; a rod having a fifth end portion and a sixth end portion, the fifth end portion coupled with the first body via a third pivot pin; a first coiled spring having a first end contacting the first body and a second end contacting the third end portion; and a second coiled spring having a third end, the rod inserted into the second coiled spring via the third end, and a fourth end contacting the fourth end portion.
