AQUEOUS DIPPING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to an aqueous dipping composition for coating a textile reinforcing material, comprising 4% to 40% by dry weight of at least one rubber latex, with the proviso that the rubber latex is no isoprene rubber latex, 0.1% to 10% by dry weight of at least one blocked isocyanate, 1% to 20% by dry weight of at least one isoprene rubber latex, and 0% to 6% by dry weight of at least one epoxy group-containing compound, wherein the amounts in % by dry weight are based on the total weight of the aqueous dipping composition. The composition is essentially free of resorcinol, resorcinol precondensates, formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing substances. The present invention relates to a use of such a composition, a process for coating a textile reinforcing material with this composition, a coated textile reinforcing material and a respective elastomeric article comprising the same.
AQUEOUS DIPPING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to an aqueous dipping composition for coating a textile reinforcing material, comprising at least one rubber latex, at least one blocked isocyanate, at least one filler, at least one epoxy group-containing compound, and at least one polymer with carboxylic acid functional groups. The present invention further relates to the use of such a composition, to a process for coating a textile reinforcing material with this composition, to a coated textile reinforcing material and a respective elastomeric article comprising the coated textile reinforcing material.
Pneumatic tire
To provide a pneumatic tire excellent in steering stability and durability at high-speed driving, it is provided a pneumatic tire having a tread portion and a belt layer, wherein the tread portion is arranged on the outer side of the belt layer in the tire radial direction, the reinforcing cord in the belt layer is composed of cords made of monofilaments in which 50/5 cm or more of the monofilaments are arranged in the tire width direction in the tire radial cross section of the belt layer, and the maximum load capacity of the tire WL (kg) and the weight of the tire WT (kg) satisfy (WT/WL)≤0.0140.
Pneumatic tire
To provide a pneumatic tire in which both low rolling resistance and improvement of noise performance at high-speed driving are sufficiently achieved, it is provided a pneumatic tire having a tread portion and a belt layer, wherein the tread portion is arranged on the outer side of the belt layer in the tire radial direction, the reinforcing cord in the belt layer is composed of cords made of monofilaments in which 50 lines/5 cm or more of the monofilaments are arranged in the tire width direction in the tire radial cross section of the belt layer, and the maximum load capacity of the tire WL (kg) and the weight of the tire WT (kg) satisfy 0.0145≤(WT/WL).
Reinforced product comprising a self-adhesive composite reinforcement containing a block copolymer
A reinforced product, which can be used in particular for the reinforcing of a finished rubber article, comprises one or more textile or metallic reinforcing threads, the said thread or threads being covered individually or collectively with a sheath comprising a sheathing composition comprising one or more block copolymers comprising at least one polyamide block and at least one polyolefin block, the sheathed thread or threads being themselves embedded in a rubber composition.
Rubber-steel cord composite and pneumatic tire using the same
A rubber-steel cord composite in which a rubber composition and a steel cord are vulcanized and adhere to each other, wherein the rubber composition contains 1 to 10 parts by mass of a vulcanizing agent, 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of N,N-dibenzylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a bismaleimide compound, with respect to 100 parts by mass of diene rubber containing natural rubber.
Rubber-steel cord composite and pneumatic tire
A rubber-steel cord composite according to an embodiment is formed by vulcanizing and bonding a rubber composition containing 1 to 10 parts by mass of sulfur, 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of N,N-dibenzylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of either one or both of hexamethylene bis-thiosulfate disodium salt dihydrate and 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane, with respect to 100 parts by mass of diene rubber containing natural rubber, and a steel cord. A pneumatic tire according to an embodiment includes the rubber-steel cord composite.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Provided is a pneumatic tire that has excellent durability and achieves both high load capacity and space-saving properties. This disclosure provides a pneumatic tire to be mounted on a vehicle, which includes a tread in contact with a road surface and a belt layer provided inside the tread in the tire radial direction, where the pneumatic tire has an outer diameter of 350 mm or more and 600 mm or less, and when the rim width of a rim wheel assembled to the pneumatic tire is defined as RW, and the tire cross-sectional width of the pneumatic tire is defined as SW, they satisfy the relationship of
0.78≤RW/SW≤0.88, and the pneumatic tire uses a rubber composition containing a rubber component containing 50% by mass or more of natural rubber and/or synthetic isoprene rubber, and syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene.
Method for producing a vehicle tire, vehicle tire produced according to the method, and use of treated reinforcing supports
A method for producing a vehicle tire, having the following steps: a) providing textile reinforcing supports; b) providing a bath which is free of resorcin and formaldehyde by at least: b1) adding at least one carboxylic acid to water; b2) adding at least one base; b3) adding at least one epoxy compound; b4) adding at least one polyisocyanate compound; b5) adding at least one VP latex; and b6) mixing the substances from b1) to b5); c) dipping the reinforcing supports from step a) into the bath from step b); d) subsequently hot-stretching the dipped reinforcing supports from step c); and e) further processing the reinforcing supports from step d) in order to form a reinforcing support layer in a vehicle tire blank. A vehicle tire which is produced using the method and to the use of reinforcing supports treated in such a manner in technical rubber articles are also disclosed.
