WAREWASHER WITH AIR ASSISTED PRESCRAPPING
A warewash machine for washing wares includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having an inlet side, an outlet side, multiple spray zones between the inlet side and the outlet side, and a conveyor arrangement for moving wares along a conveyance path through the multiple spray zones in a ware travel direction. A prescrapping zone is located toward the inlet side of the chamber, the prescrapping zone having a blow-off system comprising a plurality of prescrapping nozzles and a compressed air feed line for delivering compressed air to the prescrapping nozzles.
WAREWASHER WITH AIR ASSISTED WASHING AND/OR RINSING
A warewash machine carries out at least one of (i) delivering both compressed air and rinse liquid to a plurality of wash spray nozzles of the warewash machine for spraying onto the wares during at least part of a washing operation of a ware cleaning cycle, wherein the wash liquid is recirculated from a wash tank below the spray zone; or (ii) lowering wares from the spray zone into a wash tank below the spray zone to submerge the wares within wash liquid of the wash tank and delivering compressed air into the wash tank during at least part of a washing operation of a ware cleaning cycle; or (iii) delivering both compressed air and rinse liquid to a plurality of rinse spray nozzles of the warewash machine for spraying onto the wares during at least part of a rinsing operation of a ware cleaning cycle.
Adapting Dishwasher Operation to External Factors
A method of operating a dishwasher includes receiving a user-input signal indicative of a hidden operating mode, selecting the hidden operating mode of a dishwasher based on the user-input signal, accessing a plurality of pre-programmed dishwashing cycles associated with the selected hidden operating mode, and operating the dishwasher in accordance with one of the plurality of pre-programmed dishwashing cycles.
Dishwasher and method for operating a dishwasher
A method for operating a dishwasher having a sorption drying device includes performing a desorption process using the sorption drying device according to a selected cleaning cycle of the dishwasher. The desorption process is capable of releasing moisture.
METHODS OF OPERATING DISHWASHER WITH ILLUMINABLE USER INTERFACE
A method of operating a dish treating appliance includes a user interface disposed along the top edge of a door for selectively opening and closing access to a treating chamber. The user interface can be illuminated and operating the user interface can include operating a user input mode when the door is open and a status mode when the door is closed.
ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING APPARATUS, ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING METHOD, ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided is a UFB generating apparatus that is capable of efficiently generating a UFB-containing liquid with high purity by controlling generation of UFBs in the liquid. A UFB generating apparatus includes a driving unit that drives a heating element included in a heating unit to generate film boiling in the liquid in contact with the heating element, and a control unit that controls driving conditions of the heating element by the driving unit.
Control of a household appliance
A method for the process programming of a household appliance includes the following steps: receiving a sequential program by the household appliance; checking the sequential program with respect to a predetermined device condition by the household appliance; and releasing the sequence of the sequential program in the household appliance as a function of the result of the check.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING UNINTENTIONAL BUTTON ACTIVATION AND IMPLEMENTING AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE
A dishwasher appliance is provided including a door pivotally mounted to a cabinet to provide selective access to a wash chamber and a user interface panel mounted to the door. A controller is in operative communication with the user interface panel and is configured to detect an abnormal button interaction with the user interface panel, determine that at least one cycle operating parameter has changed in response to the abnormal button interaction, and implement a responsive action, such as providing a user notification, seeking user confirmation, and reverting to prior settings if the abnormal button interaction was unintentional and resulted in a change in the cycle operating parameters.
Conveyor dishwashing machine, and method for operating a conveyor dishwashing machine
A conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has at least one washing zone (7), and at least one final rinse zone (8) which is connected downstream (as viewed in the transport direction (T) of the wash items) of the at least one washing zone (7). The conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has a transport apparatus for transporting the wash items through the treatment zones (6, 7) of the conveyor dishwashing machine (1) so that the wash items are situated at least in regions in a washing plane (5) which runs horizontally. The washing plane (5) is configured as a main washing plane, and there is at least one additional washing plane (6) in at least one of the treatment zones (7, 8) of the conveyor dishwashing machine (1), in which additional washing plane (6) wash items can be treated.
Dishwasher and method for operating a dishwasher
A dishwasher includes a dishwashing container, a lower holder for items to be washed arranged in the dishwashing container, and an upper holder for items to be washed which is arranged in the dishwasher container above the lower holder. A control device executes a dishwashing program from a number of dishwashing programs for washing the items to be washed by actuating a hydraulic facility in such a manner that in a first segment of the dishwashing program a washing liquor having a first washing liquor temperature is only sprayed by a lower spray facility onto the lower holder and in a second segment of the dishwashing program following the first segment washing liquor having a second washing liquor temperature that is lower than the first washing liquor temperature is sprayed by an upper spray facility onto the lower holder and the upper holder.
