CONTROLLER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A LIFT AXLE AND AIR SUSPENSION ON A TRAILER
20170246926 · 2017-08-31 ·

A trailer having a liftable first axle and an air suspended second axle includes a controller, a first valve coupled to the first axle and a second valve coupled to the second axle. The controller receives an air suspension exhaust request signal and a pressure signal from an air suspension bellows coupled to the second axle. The controller transmits an air suspension control signal to the second valve in response to the air suspension exhaust request signal and transmits a lift axle control signal to the first valve to lower the first axle in response to the pressure signal being less than a predetermined pressure value.

Axle alignment system

An axle alignment system for an axle assembly. The axle alignment system may include a bracket assembly and an alignment plate. The alignment plate may be moveably disposed on the bracket assembly with one or more fasteners that may move along one or more slots that may be provided with the bracket assembly and/or the alignment plate.

Vehicle with deployable towing wheels and suspension

Example techniques have been presented for providing tracked vehicles with deployable towing wheels. Such techniques involve a track vehicle having a vehicle body, a track coupled to the vehicle body, and a wheel assembly coupled to the vehicle body. The wheel assembly includes a wheel and is operable to assume a towing position in which at least a portion of the wheel extends below the track and enables the tracked vehicle to be towed on the wheel without the track making ground contact.

AGENT INJECTION SYSTEM, AN AIRBAG APPARATUS, A PROCESS OF FILLING A SUSPENSION AIRBAG, A PROCESS OF REPAIRING A SUSPENSION AIRBAG, AND METHODS OF USE
20220305861 · 2022-09-29 ·

A moveable subframe system, a slider box improvement system, an agent injection system, an airbag apparatus, a process of filling a suspension airbag, a process of repairing a suspension airbag, and methods of use are presented. The present disclosure provides an apparatus, process, manufacturing method, and methods of use for an airbag and/or airbag replacement for an air ride suspension system. The disclosure may include replacement and/or new installation of a no-flat airbag to be used in an air suspension system, thus reducing waste and costs associated with suspension system repair. Utilizing the system and process disclosed herein, a broken and/or punctured airbag of an existing airbag suspension system is repaired and utilized in operation. Furthermore, the system provides for utilizing new airbags in the same.

DEPLOYABLE CONTAINERS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DEPLOYING CONTAINERS

The present disclosure relates to shipping and storage containers. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to shipping and storage containers, which are traditionally stationary, converted to easily-portable containers. More specifically, the portable containers include a deployable/retractable landing/moving apparatus, a removable tow bar assembly, and leveling support systems. The portable containers can have many uses including as temporary to permanent housing, office space, and school rooms, or to house equipment for use in mobile telecommunication networks and systems, including cellular towers that can be set-up in both permanent and temporary locations.

Axle assembly for a heavy goods vehicle, heavy goods vehicle comprising at least one axle assembly of this kind, and hydraulic arrangement, in particular for adjusting an adjustable unit that is formed as a cylinder-piston arrangement

The invention relates to an axle assembly of a heavy goods vehicle, comprising a pivot bearing steering rotational axis (X), a wheel support comprising at least one wheel that is mounted thereon so as to be rotatable about a wheel rotational axis (Z), the wheel rotational axis (Z) being arranged behind the steering rotational axis (X), in the travel direction (V), in every deflection state of the axle assembly, during straight travel, and a unit that is adjustable about the steering rotational axis (X) when the wheel support is rotated, the adjustable unit being adjustable between two operating states, specifically a forwards travel operating state in which it damps the rotational movement of the wheel support about the steering rotational axis (X), and a reverse travel operating state in which it introduces a steering force, which steers the axle assembly, into the axle assembly.

AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE

The disclosure relates to a module for an air suspension system of a vehicle, the module having a sensor interface for connecting to a sensor, in particular a displacement sensor, a valve, in particular an electropneumatic valve, and a data interface. This sensor interface is configured to receive sensor values from the sensor. The data interface is configured to output sensor values received via the sensor interface to a control device, and to receive control commands for controlling the valve from the control device. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a control device, an air suspension system, a vehicle, a vehicle trailer, a method for operating an air suspension system, and a computer program product.

Leveling mower hitch
11207936 · 2021-12-28 · ·

An implement includes a hydraulic control to move rear wheels upward and downward. A hitch frame has a rear end pivotally connected to a front of the implement's frame about an upper hitch pivot axis and a front end connectable to a tractor drawbar. A tension link has a rear end pivotally connected to the front end of the implement about a lower hitch pivot axis located below and parallel to the upper hitch pivot, and a front end movably mounted to a front of the hitch frame. A front hydraulic cylinder moves the front end of the tension link forward and rearward. The hydraulic control activates the front hydraulic cylinder to move the tension link rearward as the rear hydraulic cylinder moves the rear wheels upward with respect to the implement frame, and to move the front end of the tension link forward as the rear wheels move downward.
