SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A subframe assembly for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same is disclosed. The subframe assembly includes a crossmember, a straight arm, and a side bracket. The crossmember includes an end bracket disposed at an end thereof. The straight arm is received into and metallurgically bonded to the end bracket of the crossmember. The side bracket includes a base, and a rear bracket arm. The base is metallurgically bonded to a side of the straight arm adjacent to the end of the crossmember. The rear bracket arm extends from an end of the base and defines a hole adapted to receive a screw or pin for connecting a control arm of a wheel suspension to the subframe assembly. The rear bracket arm is at least partially received into and metallurgically bonded to the end bracket of the crossmember.
System and method for controlling vehicle
A system and method for controlling a vehicle, where the system includes independent driving modules each including a connection device having a rotation center spaced apart from a driving shaft in a forward/rearward direction and configured to connect the wheel and a vehicle body to move the wheel in the forward/rearward or an upward/downward direction, a shock absorber extending in a longitudinal direction and configured to contract or stretch, to connect the vehicle body and the connection device, and to restrict an upward/downward movement of the connection device, and a driving device configured to rotate the wheel, a road surface detector configured to detect a height displacement or a state of a road, and a controller configured to control velocities of the front and rear wheels of the independent driving modules, and to change a height of the vehicle based on the height displacement or the state of the road.
Chassis for electric cargo vehicles and electric vehicle comprising said chassis
The invention relates to a chassis, suitable for use in electric vehicles, characterized in that it comprises: a substantially planar loading bed, suitable for receiving a load on top of same, which is located between at least two front wheels and at least one rear wheel of an electric vehicle; wherein said loading bed comprises a channel the chassis also comprises a central shaft housed in said channel; wherein the loading bed is connected so as to pivot relative to said central shaft; wherein the loading bed comprises a plurality of battery housings distributed symmetrically; and the chassis comprises a rear traction and steering assembly and a front suspension and inclination assembly. The invention likewise relates to an electric vehicle comprising said chassis.
Front suspension device for vehicle
A front suspension device for a vehicle that, when a collision load acts on a suspension arm, reduces the detachment amount of a subframe mounting portion on the rear side from a vehicle body, absorbs collision load energy, and reduces an input to a rear axially supporting portion for a subframe. The front suspension device for a vehicle includes a subframe; a suspension arm having an outer end on which a front wheel is pivotally supported, and an inner end pivotally supported with respect to the subframe; a subframe mounting portion for mounting the subframe to a vehicle body through a fastener from below on the rear side relative to a front-wheel axially supporting portion of the suspension arm; and an upward bend inducing portion for bending the suspension arm upward when a suspension arm frontal collision load is input via the front wheel to the suspension arm.
INERTANCE-INTEGRATED DAMPING SYSTEM FOR WHEEL ASSEMBLY BUSHINGS
A wheel assembly bushing for in-wheel electric motors where the bushing includes a hydraulic chamber positioned within a resilient sleeve of the bushing and a helical fluid channel that extends helically about an inner bushing member between first and second fluid channel ends, which are arranged in fluid communication with the hydraulic chamber. An outer body extends annularly about the resilient sleeve, which permits relative movement between the inner bushing member and the outer body. The fluid channel is configured to produce inertance. This inertance, when combined with other damping and stiffness effects of the wheel assembly bushing, provides phase and magnitude shifts between force and velocity, which ultimately reduce magnetic gap deformation in the in-wheel electric motor.
SUSPENSION POWER ELECTRIC GENERATOR
A device that converts linear motion into electricity using the exiting movement of a system or equipment such as electric vehicles, motorcycle, or similar equipment. This device can replace the shock absorber of an existing electric vehicle generating electricity that can be used to charge the batteries extending the range of the vehicle. The device is simple an efficient and it comprises of a screw, a plurality of gears used to amplify rotation, a rotor that has magnets, and a stator that allows the coils to produce electricity.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO PERFORM A TANK TURN
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to perform a tank turn. An example vehicle includes a first wheel and a second wheel, the first wheel located on an end of a first axle, the second wheel located on an end of a second axle, the end of the first axle opposite to the end of the second axle, a first suspension coupled to the first wheel, a second suspension coupled to the second wheel, and a controller to drive the first axle in a first direction, drive the second axle in a second direction, the first direction different from the second direction, and decrease a first suspension load of the first suspension and a second suspension load of the second suspension.
INDEPENDENT-DRIVE SET, INDEPENDENT-DRIVE ASSEMBLY AND WHEELED VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME
