10239393 · 2019-03-26 ·

A body-panel golf-cart having multi-functional canopy-supports, a roof-canopy having U-type storage-channels about its periphery, and a lower body-panel. The multi-functional roof-canopy back-supports are either sited in-line with the cart's structural struts or encompass the structural struts to widen the space between the supports providing an enlarged space between the rear supports for viewing and storage. Roof-canopy and roof-canopy back-supports are formed as a one piece unit with a lower body-panel that extends from the rear-most of cart to under the seat providing a streamlined cart with more storage capacity. Increased roof-canopy storage space offers out-of-the-way positioning of cart's side protective-enclosure brackets and rollers and out-of-the-way storage of the protective-enclosures when undeployed. Roof-supports offer tight closure for side protective-enclosures and space for cooler and sand and seed box. Rear-canopy is stored in roof-canopy back-supports and space under roof-canopy and secured using magnets. Roof water drains through conduits in roof and supports.

The present invention discloses an embedded car cover including a front bar assembly, a cover plate, a rotating shaft system, a rear bar assembly, a lock system and a guide rail, the front bar assembly, guide rail and rear bar assembly forming a rectangular car cover frame, the guide rail is provided with two, both guide rails are connected to the cargo hopper on each side, the guide rails plane is connected with a first waterproof rubber strip, the rotating shaft system is locked to the guide rail by means of a lock system, the rotating shaft system includes a left intermediate bar, a right intermediate bar and intermediate rotating bar, the left intermediate bar and the right intermediate bar are respectively connected to the intermediate rotating bar by rotation, a second waterproof rubber strip is connected at the rotation of the left intermediate bar and the intermediate rotating bar, and at the rotation of the right intermediate bar and the intermediate rotating bar. By providing the first waterproof rubber strip on the guide rail plane, it forms a first drainage tank between the first waterproof rubber strip and the guide rail, which can greatly improve the drainage efficiency and prevent rainwater leakage.

SUNROOF DEVICE

A sunroof device includes a sunroof unit, a looped first seal, and a second seal. The sunroof unit supports a panel capable of closing an opening of a roof of a vehicle. The sunroof unit includes a frame provided with two guide rails placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle widthwise direction and two housings placed on two edges of the opening in a vehicle front-to-rear direction to connect front ends of the two guide rails to each other and rear ends of the two guide rails to each other in the vehicle widthwise direction. The first seal is arranged between an entire periphery of the opening and the frame. The second seal is arranged between opposing surfaces of the guide rails and the housings at portions where the guide rails are coupled to the housings. The second seal is butt against the first seal.

Deflector apparatus

A deflector apparatus includes a first locking portion for attaching a mesh type deflector, which reduces noise due to wind at an opening portion, to a drain member for suppressing infiltration of a fluid from the opening portion opened by a movable panel into a room; and a second locking portion formed in the deflector, in which the deflector is attached to the drain member by locking the second locking portion to the first locking portion.

Integrated sunroof drainage conduit

A sunroof drainage conduit integrated into a heating, ventilation and air conditioning duct (HVAC) duct for a vehicle is provided. The duct may include an elongated, hollow body defining an air passage. The drainage conduit may be integrally formed on a surface of the body of the duct, such as an inside surface or an outside surface. The integrated drainage conduit may be routed through the duct's air passage or around the duct's exterior. A first drain tube may connect the sunroof to an inlet of the drainage conduit for directing drainage away from the sunroof's gutter or trough. A second drain tube may connect to an outlet of the drainage conduit for directing drainage from the drainage conduit to ambient.
