Protection of vehicle fluid conduits
Vehicle fluid conduit systems and protectors for such systems are presented. Fluid conduit systems can include a fuel fill system having a fuel filler tube, a re-circulation tube, and a protector. In some embodiments, the protector can include a protector bracket and a bolting plate that extend around the fuel filler tube and re-circulation tube. The protector can include a strap. The strap can extend between the fuel filler tube and re-circulation tube between two or more protector attachment locations.

Methods and systems for a detachable fuel pipe of a vehicle fueling system
Methods and systems are provided for a detachable fuel pipe of a vehicle fuel system. In one example, a method may include, in response to a detected vehicle collision, removing physical and fluidic couplings between the detachable fuel pipe and a fuel tank. The method may further include sealing the fuel tank upon removing the couplings to the detachable fuel pipe.

UNIT FOR FEEDING A REDUCING SOLUTION FROM THE TANK TO THE EXHAUST DUCT OF AN ENGINE
Unit (11) for feeding a reducing solution from the tank to the exhaust duct of an endothemiic engine is provided. The unit comprises a supporting head (13) arranged for being associated to an aperture provided in a reducing solution tank and a heating device (15) for heating the reducing solution contained in the tank. The heating device (15) extends from the supporting head (13) and is provided with a duct (17) for a heating fluid. The duct (17) is defined by a side wall (31) which, when the unit (11) is in use, is internally in contact with the heating fluid passing through the duct (17) and externally in contact with the reducing solution present in the tank. At least one portion of the wall (31) of the duct (17) is non-smooth inside and/or outside the duct.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR FILLER TUBE
A manufacturing process for filler tube includes: a workpiece arrangement step of arranging a workpiece onto an outer peripheral mold not only to axially lock a to-be-locked portion with respect to a locking portion but also so as to make the outer peripheral mold, which is set at a predetermined temperature, support a cylinder-shaped body of the workpiece on the outer peripheral face; and a flare-molding step of flare molding a flange by inserting an inner peripheral mold, which is set at a higher temperature than the predetermined temperature of the outer peripheral mold, into a to-be-molded portion on the inner peripheral side, and by relatively moving the outer peripheral mold and the inner peripheral mold in the axial direction to make a counter-welding-face forming portion and a welding-face forming portion clamp the to-be-molded portion between them in the axial direction.
Oil filter systems
Various methods and systems are provided for an oil filter system for a vehicle system. In one example, an oil filter system comprises a housing within which a plurality of oil filter elements are disposed and a frame supporting the housing, the frame including one or more mountings configured to support one or more vehicle sub-assemblies.

Fuel storage system
A fuel storage vessel includes a valve operatively associated with the storage vessel, a conduit disposed within the vessel and in fluid communication with the valve for delivering a stream of pressurized fuel to the storage vessel and a detector adjacent the conduit for detecting a state of the pressurized fuel in the storage vessel. The detector is positioned outside of the stream of pressurized fuel.
Mounting arrangement
A gas turbine engine is provided that has a rigid dressing raft mounted to a rigid part of the gas turbine engine. The rigid dressing raft includes at least a part of a component or system of the gas turbine engine. For example, the rigid dressing raft may have electrical conductors embedded therein that are a part of the electrical system of the gas turbine engine.
