The gear unit is engaged with each other in a first state by rotation of the rear plate and is separated from each other in a second state by rotation of the rear plate. The pop-up display device can easily secure a front field-of-view (FOV) through a structure that allows manual operation of the pop-up display device mounted on the vehicle.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus includes a display panel, a decoration film and a cover glass disposed on a front surface of the display panel, a core plate supporting a rear surface of the display panel and attached to the rear surface of the display panel, and a rear cover coupled to a rear surface of the core plate. The core plate has a protruding portion protruding toward the cover glass, the rear cover has a coupling portion coupled to the protruding portion so as to cover at least a portion of the protruding portion, and resin is applied to at least a portion of the coupling portion with the rear cover adhered to the decoration film or the cover glass via the resin.
Method for producing an instrument panel support
The present invention relates to a method for producing an instrument panel support comprising a receiver for an attachment, in particular a head-up display, wherein the instrument panel support is configured as an elongated component extending in the motor vehicle transverse direction, characterized by the following method steps: producing an instrument panel support as a welded component with fastening points at the ends for coupling to a motor vehicle body and at least two protruding arms for receiving the head-up display, inserting the welded component with the fastening points in a calibration tool, moving a die toward the arms, moving one respective stamp die toward the opposing side of the arms and pressing the stamp die against the die, wherein receiving surfaces are stamped in the arms for receiving the head-up display, removing the instrument panel support.
Device for positioning and securing a display element and display device
A positioning and securing device positions and secures a display element with respect to a housing, the display element being substantially located in a main extension plane and abutting the housing in a direction perpendicular to the main extension plane. The positioning and securing device is substantially located in another main extension plane parallel to the main extension plane of the display element. The positioning and securing device includes at least one first compression element abutting the display element and also at least one second compression element abutting the housing. A display device of an automobile can include the positioning and securing device.
MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR HEAD UP DISPLAY
A large-sized head up display unit can be reasonably provided in an inner portion of an instrument panel. A column bracket to mount a steering column (5) is provided at a lower portion of a vehicle body strength member (4) extending in a vehicle width direction disposed in a vehicle rear side of a front wall panel (1) of a vehicle interior. A head up display unit (21) is mounted on the column bracket to be movable to a vehicle upward direction by an emergency input load from a vehicle front direction.
VEHICLE DISPLAY APPARATUS
An embodiment discloses a vehicle display apparatus including a display panel, a housing in which the display panel is fixed and which is detachably installed on a holder provided on a dashboard of a vehicle, and a keyboard module provided with switches to operate the display panel and detachably coupled to the housing.
Vehicle trim panel with integrated deformation sensor
A trim panel intended to be arranged within the interior of a vehicle cabin, the trim panel having an appearance face intended to be visible to an occupant of the cabin, a reverse face provided with an interface for attachment of the trim panel to a support member, and at least one attachment bracket forming part of the attachment interface. The appearance face defines a tactile interaction area intended to serve as a control input for the occupant, and at least one sensor assembly is arranged on an attachment bracket, each sensor assembly being adapted to, when the trim panel is arranged inside a cabin, detect a deformation of its attachment bracket upon pressure exerted by an occupant on the trim panel on the tactile interaction area.
Operating unit for a vehicle
The operating unit (10) for a vehicle is provided with a housing (12) with a front panel (14), which has a recess (16), a display (24) arranged in the housing (12) and having a display area (26), and a fastening device (36) for fastening the display (24) in the housing (12). The fastening device (36) has a holding part (28) for the display (24), which is arranged in the housing (12) so as to be pivotable between a preassembly position and an installation position. The housing (12) also has at least one bearing axle (40). The holding part (28) has at least one bearing shell assembly (32) having at least two gripping-around protrusions (48, 50) for mounting on the bearing axle (40). The bearing axle (40) has a circumferential area along the longitudinal extent and in at least one mounting portion (57) with an outer contour which deviates from a shape complementary to the bearing shell area (52) of the gripping-around protrusions (48, 50) of the at least one bearing shell assembly (32). The bearing axle (40) is also arranged in the housing (12) so as to be oriented in such a way that the at least one bearing shell assembly (32) can be mounted on the bearing axle (40) in the preassembly position of the holding part (28) and, starting from the preassembly position, is pivotable into the installation position. The installation position of the holding part (28) is defined by bearing parts (60, 34) of the housing (12) and holding part (28) abutting on each other. The fastening device also has at least one fastening element (58) for fixing the holding part (28) in its installation position in and/or on the housing (12).

VEHICLE DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed is a vehicle display device in which a heat dissipation structure is built inside a metal plate disposed on a back surface of the display panel, thereby efficiently dissipating heat generated from the display panel. To this end, a plurality of metal layers constitute a plate of the display panel in a display module mounted on a dashboard of a vehicle, and a foam layer having an air vent capable of heat exchange formed therein is disposed between adjacent ones of the plurality of metal layers. Therefore, heat generated from the vehicle display device is efficiently dissipated through flow of air inside the plate.
