Endoscopic retractable syringe device
A retractable syringe device includes: a handle including a hollow body for receiving a syringe through an opening of the handle, the hollow body including a syringe actuator that moves the syringe between a distal position and a proximal position; and an instrument distally extending from the handle, the instrument including a channel extending through the instrument, the channel configured to receive a needle coupled to the syringe. When the syringe is in the distal position, a distal end of the needle distally extends from the instrument, and when the syringe is in the proximal position, the distal end of the needle is retracted into the channel. The handle of the device can include a fixed or removable structure for removably coupling to a proximal end of a shaft of an endoscope.
Endoscope
There is provided an endoscope which can perform non-contact electric power supply and non-contact signal transmission and of which assembly, repair, and maintenance can be easily performed. A power receiving unit, an image signal transmission unit, and an endoscope side signal transmission and reception unit are disposed in the space (hollow structure) of a first connector of an endoscope. The first connector of the endoscope includes a first connector case and a second connector case disposed in order from a side of the second connector, and a division line between the first and second connector cases includes an inclined portion that is inclined with respect to an insertion direction of the first and second connectors.
Endoscopic surgical device and overtube
An endoscopic surgical device and an overtube that allows the state of a distal end of a treatment tool to be easily checked while reducing the diameter of the overtube and can improve surgical efficiency. An endoscope insertion part of an endoscope and a treatment tool insertion part of a treatment tool are insertable through an overtube inserted into a body wall, and a slider is provided for moving the endoscope insertion part and the treatment tool insertion part forward and backward in an interlocking manner. A guide part that guides the endoscope insertion part in a direction away from a distal end of the treatment tool insertion part is provided in the vicinity of an endoscope delivery port in a distal end cap at the distal end of the overtube, and the endoscope insertion part is delivered in an oblique direction from the endoscope delivery port.
ENDOSCOPE OPERATION SECTION AND ENDOSCOPE INCLUDING ENDOSCOPE OPERATION SECTION
An endoscope operation section of the present invention includes an operation section having a second longitudinal axis extending in a substantially same direction as a first longitudinal axis of an insertion section, the operation section being configured to be grasped by an operator, a bending operation member, including an axis crossing the second longitudinal axis at an acute angle during nonoperation, and configured to bend the insertion section, a first pedestal section to which a suction operation member is attached, a second pedestal section in which a surface projecting further in the forward direction by a predetermined height than the first pedestal section is formed, the predetermined height being set to a higher position in the forward direction than a position of a suction tube connecting member of the suction operation member, and a pressing operation member provided on the surface of the second pedestal section and pressed and operated.
Drive system, endoscopic system comprising drive system, and control device for drive system
A control section outputs a control signal. An actuator is connected to a drive section and operates based on the control signal. An operation information acquisition section acquires operation information related to an operation status of the actuator. A storage section stores correction information included in control information which includes a relationship between an operation status and the control signal. The correction section determines whether or not the control signal and the operation status are consistent with the control information, and when inconsistent, corrects correction information for consistency.
SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS WITH ROTATION STOP DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
Surgical instruments with rotation stop devices and related methods are disclosed herein, e.g., for providing limited rotation between first and second components of the surgical instrument in a range greater than 360 degrees. Exemplary rotation stop devices can have a low profile and can include various features to facilitate packaging of the device within a larger instrument.
Endoscopic Devices and Related Methods
An endoscopic device includes a single-use cannula configured for insertion through a cervix into a uterus, a camera secured to a distal end region of the single-use cannula for acquiring images of the uterus, a connection hub secured to a proximal end region of the cannula, a reusable display configured to present the images acquired by the camera and that is securable to the connection hub, and a handle secured to the connection hub. The handle is pivotable between a first position in which the handle is stowed along the connection hub and arranged to prevent attachment of the reusable display to the connection hub and a second position in which the handle is deployed to an orientation that is antiparallel to the connection hub and arranged to permit attachment of the reusable display to the connection hub.
Anti-leak valve unit for overtube
An anti-leak valve unit is removably attached to a base end portion of an overtube through which an endoscope is removably insertable. The anti-leak valve unit includes a frame portion attachable to the overtube, a fitting device on the frame portion that is removably engageable with the base end portion, and a valve element provided inside the frame portion. The frame portion and the fitting device can be embodied as first through third interconnected covers and first and second members attached to the first cover at edges thereof. The valve element can be embodied as a flexible member with an annular endoscope insertion port in a flexible elastic portion thereof.
MEDICAL DEVICE
A disclosed medical device includes a first data transmission path that includes a first insulation device connecting a secondary circuit and a patient circuit such that serial data output from the secondary circuit is transmitted to the patient circuit while maintaining electrical insulation between the secondary circuit and the patient circuit; a second data transmission path that includes a second insulation device connecting the secondary circuit and the patient circuit such that the serial data transmitted from the secondary circuit to the patient circuit via the first data transmission path is fed back to the secondary circuit while maintaining electrical insulation between the secondary circuit and the patient circuit; and a comparison determination unit that is provided in the secondary circuit and compares the serial data output from the secondary circuit with the serial data fed back to the secondary circuit.
Electronic laryngoscope
In some embodiments, an electronic laryngoscope includes a camera, a hollow connecting rod, a handle, and a control display. The front end of the connecting rod is connected to the camera, the rear end of the connecting rod is connected to the handle, and the rear end of the handle is connected to the control display. The laryngoscope further includes a hollow tube whose inner diameter is greater than the outer diameter of the connecting rod. The camera and the connecting rod are located on the inner side of the hollow tube. A sputum suction opening is formed between the front end of the hollow tube and the front end of the camera, and a sputum passage in communication with the opening is formed between the hollow tube and the connecting rod. The laryngoscope further includes a connector between the hollow tube and the camera and/or the connecting rod.
