LOCK MECHANISM FOR ROTARY COMPONENT CONTROL
A lock mechanism for controlling a rotating component including an outer shaft attachable to a stationary component and having a slotted ring defining capture slots and an interior annular space, a control ring having a first end disposed in the annular space, an inner shaft attachable to a rotating component configured to rotate relative to the stationary component, and the inner shaft engaged with a second end of the control ring, a first collar rotatably disposed around the slotted ring, the first collar having a plurality of release recesses, and a plurality of first bearings respectively retained within the capture slots beneath the first collar. In a first rotational position of the first collar, the plurality of release recesses align with the capture slots to rotationally disengage the rotating and stationary components. In a second rotational position of the first collar, the plurality of release recesses misalign with the capture slots to rotationally engage the rotating and stationary components.
Vehicle-mounted expandable table system
A vehicle-mounted table system includes a table portion that is movable from an expanded configuration to a storage configuration and vice versa. The table portion includes a first table element, a second table element, and a third table element. A first hinge couples the first table element to the second table element, and the first hinge facilitates pivoting motion of the second table element relative to the first table element about a first axis. A compound hinge assembly couples the second table element to the third table element. The compound hinge assembly includes a hinge table element, a second hinge, and a third hinge that facilitate pivoting the second table element relative to the hinge table element about a second axis and the third table element relative to the hinge table element about a third axis. The second and third axes are substantially parallel to the first axis.

A seat device for a vehicle includes: a support member detachably attached to a floor of the vehicle; an occupant seat movably supported by the support member and provided with an electrical component; and a wireless power supply mechanism configured to supply electric power to the electrical component. The wireless power supply mechanism includes a power transmitting unit attached to the floor, and a power receiving unit attached to the support member so as to face the power transmitting unit and configured to receive the electric power wirelessly from the power transmitting unit.

Vehicle with seat and deployable working surface
A deployable working surface is provided for use in a reconfigurable passenger cabin of a personal automotive vehicle. The vehicle includes a first seat that can rotate to an inwardly-rotated position. The working surface is provided by a panel that is mounted on a second seat for movement between a stowed position and a working position. This movement includes vertical movement and rotational movement about a vertical axis. When the panel is in the working position, the working surface extends in a radial direction that is perpendicular to the direction the first seat is facing when in the rotated position and is positioned higher that an occupant seating surface of the first seat and in front of a backrest of the first seat.
INNER ORGAN FOR A VEHICLE, HAVING A RETRACTABLE SHELF
An inner organ for a vehicle, including a retractable shelf, extending between a free end and an end for connecting to a movement mechanism, and deployable between a retracted position and a deployed position. The movement mechanism includes: at least one first rail, extending between a lower end and an upper end; for each first rail, a cursor movable along this first rail, and coupled to the connecting end of the shelf; and an element for blocking the shelf in the deployed position. The blocking element is connected to the connecting end of the shelf by a pivot link, is movable along a second rail, and cooperates in the deployed position with a wall arranged at the connecting end of the shelf.

The present disclosure discloses apparatuses, systems and methods for temporary placement of a living object on a seat comprising a surface and a back. The foldable apparatus comprises a pad layer comprising a first panel defining a perimeter and including a first edge, wherein the living object is placed on the first panel of the pad layer when the foldable apparatus is unfolded and the pad layer is positioned substantially horizontally on the surface of the seat; and a back layer foldably connected to the pad layer along the first edge, wherein one or both of the pad layer and the back layer comprise a first connector configured to secure the pad layer and the back layer to each other, thereby keeping the foldable apparatus in a folded configuration, and to allow unfolding of the foldable apparatus with one-hand operation.

Foldable table
Foldable tables capable of being locked in place when positioned in a raised position and having a substantially narrow profile when in a folded position. The tables may be locked in place and folded via a support structure, and may have integrated beverage holders. The tables may also be mounted or coupled to furniture, exterior and/or interior walls, etc. such that the table is flush with the same when in the folded position. The support structure may also be mounted on an existing table.
