POWER SEAT SLIDE DEVICE
To provide a power seat slide device having improved effects of reducing abnormal sound, a temperature increase, and so on in gear mechanisms and so on. Gear mechanisms each include a case in which a worm and a worm wheel are rotatably supported, the cases are suspended from and supported by upper rails. The worms are connected to and supported by a rotational force transmission shaft of a drive mechanism, and the worm wheels are screwed to and supported by slide screws provided in lower rails. Further, the cases are supported on the lower rails via balls which are rolling members. This structure stabilizes a slide operation of the cases themselves and can further improve the effects of reducing abnormal sound and so on.

Seat lifter and gear mechanism
A seat lifter includes: a connecting member that connects a base member and a seat frame that form a seat and swings in response to external rotating force to raise or lower the seat frame; a first gear provided in the connecting member; a second gear that is provided such that an axial direction thereof is parallel to an axial direction of the first gear and meshes with the first gear; and an operating lever that applies rotating force to the second gear. The teeth of at least one of the first and second gears have such a shape that a tooth thickness of the teeth gradually decreases from one end toward the other end in the axial direction, and the first and second gears mesh with each other by approaching each other in the axial direction.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER AND VEHICLE SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster (10), for a vehicle seat (1), includes at least one pair of rails (12), formed from a lower seat rail (14a) and an upper seat rail (14b). The seat rails mutually engage around each other and are movable relative to each other in a longitudinal direction (x) and are lockable to each other by a locking device (16). The locking device has at least one latching plate (18), which is movable in the vertical direction (z). The latching plate has a guide pin (20) protruding in the vertical direction. The upper seat rail has an opening (22) aligned with the guide pin. A guide sleeve (24) extends into a cavity between the seat rails and is accommodated in the opening. The guide pin is guided by the guide sleeve. The upper seat rail and the guide sleeve are connectable by a bayonet catch.
RAIL SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A rail system (1), for a vehicle seat, includes a lower rail (3), an upper rail (5), a sliding block (7) and at least one rolling body cage (9) having rolling bodies (11). The sliding block (7) is rigidly connected to the lower rail (3). The rolling body cage (9) is movable relative to the sliding block (7), parallel to a longitudinal axis (13) of the lower rail (3), between two end positions defined by end stops (71) of the sliding block (7). The rolling body cage (9) is coupled to the lower rail (3) via the rolling bodies (11). The upper rail (5) is mounted movably on the sliding block (7) along the longitudinal axis (13) of the lower rail (3) and is coupled to the rolling body cage (9).
LOW CHUCK COMPLIANT PIVOT JOINT
A compliant pivot joint is provided for rotationally coupling a link member to a frame member in a vehicle seat. The compliant pivot joint includes a cup-shaped protrusion having a cup opening formed on the link member, a shoulder bolt having a first shaft portion projecting from a bolt head and terminating at a shoulder, a bias member having a bias opening, and a fastener fixedly coupled to the frame member. The shoulder bolt is fixedly coupled to the fastener and extends through the bias opening and through the cup opening. The bias member is spaced between the cup-shaped protrusion and the bolt head and biases the bolt head away from the cup-shaped protrusion. A curved shoulder surface of the fastener is frictionally engaged with the cup-shaped protrusion and the shoulder of the shoulder bolt is frictionally engaged with an end surface of the fastener.
Motor vehicle latch, in particular motor vehicle backrest latch
A motor vehicle latch, in particular a motor vehicle backrest latch, which is equipped with a locking mechanism consisting substantially of a catch and a pawl. A latch housing having a recess is also implemented. In addition, a damping means at the end side of the recess, a latch holder entering the recess in the direction of entry transferring the locking mechanism to its closed position, thereby moving against the damping means. In addition, the damping means has a plurality of recesses and at least one web. According to the invention, the web is designed as an arched web and its highest arch is convexly curved against the direction of entry of the latch holder.
Vehicle seat
Provide is a vehicle seat capable of inhibiting rattling of a seat cushion provided with a lifting device. One embodiment of the present disclosure is a vehicle seat including a lifting device for a seat cushion. The lifting device includes a pinion gear, a sector gear engaged therewith, a link rotating, together with the sector gear, with respect to the cushion frame, and a rubber member attached to the cushion frame. The link is displaced between a first position where a position of the seat cushion is lowest and a second position where the position of the seat cushion is highest. When the link is at the first position, or at the second position, or in a region between the first position and the second position, the rubber member is brought in pressure contact with the sector gear along a direction intersecting a rotational axis of the sector gear.
Reclining apparatus for seat for vehicle and seat for vehicle with reclining apparatus
An object of the present invention is to provide a seat for a vehicle which is capable of smoothly and stably adjusting the reclining of a seat back by driving an electrical reclining motor 34, even if the electrical reclining motor 34 is diagonally mounted on a seat back frame structure in a case where the electrical reclining motor 34 is fixedly connected on a seat back frame structure, or even if the electrical reclining motor 34 becomes inclined due to a deformation of the seat back frame structure after such a fixedly connection.
