Vehicle seat and stiffness setting method for vehicle seat
A vehicle seat (1) includes a seat cushion (2) and a seat back (3), in which the seat cushion (2) is given a stiffness distribution in a front-rear direction in such a way that a front part of the seat cushion is provided with a low stiffness region (PSc) which is more flexible than a rear part of the seat cushion being a high stiffness region (PHc).
Vehicle seat cushion material and vehicle seat
A vehicle seat cushion material and a vehicle seat exhibiting excellent moldability and recyclability and providing favorable seating comfortability is described. A cushion material includes a small pad made of resin foam, a pad body integrally stacked on an upper side of the small pad to cover the small pad, made of resin foam, and formed larger than the small pad, and an impregnation layer formed in such a manner that the resin foam of one of the small pad or the pad body is impregnated with an expandable stock solution composition of the other one of the small pad or the pad body and formed at at least a portion of an area between the small pad and the pad body. The impregnation layer is formed on an upper surface and a side surface of the small pad, and the small pad is sterically covered with the impregnation layer.
Seatback structure
A seatback of a seat includes a seatback frame, a pad placed on a front side of the seatback frame, and a skin member covering a front part of the pad and extending to a rear side of the seatback frame. An inner support member is attached to the rear side of the seatback frame. A back board is attached to a rear side of the inner support member and configured to hold an edge portion of the skin member against at least an upper part of the inner support member.
POSITION-ADJUSTABLE CERVICAL VERTEBRAE SUPPORT APPARATUS CAPABLE OF BEING INSTALLED IN BACK OF VEHICLE SEAT
Disclosed herein is a position-adjustable cervical vertebrae support apparatus. The cervical vertebrae support apparatus includes: a cervical vertebrae supporting member (50) which supports the cervical vertebrae of a driver; a front-back distance adjusting unit (60) in which a mounting plate (68) is brought into close contact with and fastened to the back of the cervical vertebrae supporting member (50), a left-handed screw rod (61) and a right-handed screw rod (62) are located at a distance from the back of the mounting plate (68), movable nuts (63 and 64) are disposed around the left-handed screw rod (61) and the right-handed screw rod (62), respectively, distance adjustment rods (74) are coupled to the movable nuts (63 and 64), is also coupled to both sides hinges (76) in a crossed manner and is rotatable around a central pin (72); and an up-down distance adjusting unit (80).
Seat for a Vehicle
A seat has a first seat element and a second seat element. In a first seat position of the seat, the first seat element forms a seat base of the seat and the second seat element forms at least part of a backrest of the seat. In a second seat position of the seat, the second seat element forms the seat base of the seat and the first seat element forms at least part of the backrest of the seat.
VEHICLE SEAT RAIL
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat rail. The vehicle seat rail includes a lower rail fixed to a bottom of a vehicle, an upper rail fixed to a seat at an upper portion thereof and coupled to the lower rail to be slidably movable, a restoring spring fixedly coupled to the lower rail at one end thereof in a longitudinal direction and configured to provide a restoring force to the upper rail, and a connection bracket configured to connect the restoring spring to the upper rail. The lower rail may accommodate the restoring spring and the connection bracket to implement a walk-in function even when the lower rail is buried in the floor.
SEMI-INTEGRATED SEAT
A vehicle comprises an interior delimited, at least partly, by a bottom wall and a rear wall and at least one seat mounted inside the interior; the seat includes sitting portion and a backrest, disconnected from the sitting portion; the sitting portion is connected directly to the bottom wall and the backrest is connected to the rear wall by a supporting system; the backrest is movable along the sitting portion by means of the supporting system between a retracted position and a forward position and the bottom wall is configured in such a way that, in use, when the backrest is at the retracted position a user is seated lower down on the sitting portion than when the backrest is at the forward position.
Seat rail for passenger vehicle sidewall
A modular sidewall for a passenger vehicle. The modular sidewall comprises an outer frame, and a plurality of individual sections configured to be secured together at least partially within the outer frame. The plurality of individual sections includes a main section presenting at least one window opening, and a standard section presenting at least one window opening. The standard section has a width that is smaller than a width of the main section. The modular sidewall may also include a seat rail for supporting one or more seats within the passenger vehicle.
VEHICLE SEAT, IN PARTICULAR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seat part, a pivotable backrest, a lockable fitting connecting the backrest to the seat part for pivoting, a rail pair for seat longitudinal adjustment and a seat rail locking device. An additional rest lock includes a stop part rotationally fixed to the backrest, a retaining catch, a control lever and a control contour connected to a rail. The control contour acts on the control lever and the control lever acts on the retaining catch so these assume a different angular position in a seat access position than in a use position, such that the stop part pivots beyond the retaining catch in the use position, and the retaining catch prevents a pivoting beyond of the stop part in the access position. In the access position, the retaining catch is pivoted directly by a control catch to prevent a pivoting beyond of the stop part.
Back frame structure of vehicle seat
A back frame structure of a vehicle seat including: first and second side frames; and an upper frame that connects the first and second side frames, wherein the first side frame has a constant cross section and the second side frame has a constant cross section, wherein an outline shape of the cross section of the first side frame and an outline shape of the cross section of the second side frame are in line symmetry with respect to a centerline of the back frame in a left and right direction, and wherein a geometrical moment of inertia of the cross section of the first side frame is larger than a geometrical moment of inertia of the cross section of the second side frame.
