BOOM ASSEMBLY EQUIPPED WITH AN EXTENDABLE WINCH ASSEMBLY
20220274811 · 2022-09-01 ·

A boom assembly includes a boom housing having a longitudinal, internal cavity. A telescoping boom moves in an axial direction relative to the boom housing and has a first end positioned within the longitudinal, internal cavity and a second end positioned outside the longitudinal, internal cavity. A winch assembly moves with the movement of the telescoping boom. A winch cable extends from the winch assembly and is guided by a pulley. A portion of the winch cable extends over the pulley in an outward direction from the pulley. The extending portion of the winch cable has a length, and the length of the extending portion of the winch cable remains the same regardless of the axial movement of the telescoping boom relative to the boom housing.

A driver assistance system (2) for a vehicle (4) provided with a crane (6) for loading or unloading objects (8), the system comprises: a control unit (10) configured to generate a presentation signal (12) to be applied to a display unit (14), an object detecting device (16) configured to capture images of the vehicle and/or of the environment around the vehicle, and configured to generate an image data signal (18) comprising data representing captured images, and to apply said signal (18) to said control unit (10). The control unit (10) is configured to: —determine a three dimensional, 3D, representation of at least one object, being a part of the vehicle and/or being at least one object (8) in the environment around the vehicle, based upon images captured by said object detecting device (16), —determine a 3D representation of the environment around the vehicle, —determine a predetermined alert condition measure related to said determined 3D representations, wherein if said alert condition measure fulfils at least one of a set of predetermined alert criteria, the control unit is configured initiate at least one responsive activity of a set of predetermined responsive activities.

HOOKLIFT COMPRISING A HOOK POSITIONING DEVICE
20220063476 · 2022-03-03 ·

The hooklift comprises a jib, a hook capable of being engaged in a ring of a container, and a positioning device comprising a slot and a slider capable of sliding in the slot. The hook is slidably mounted relative to the jib. The slider is capable of abutting selectively against a first end of the slot or against the second end of the slot so as to respectively prevent a sliding of the hook relative to the jib in a first sliding way beyond a first predefined position of the hook relative to the jib or in a second sliding way beyond a second predefined position of the hook relative to the jib.

Package receiving and delivery system

A system for parcel delivery may be provided using a package Pickup and Receiving Stations (PRS), sometimes also referred to as a Hub or Local Automated Hub. In some applications, it may be desirable to provide a number of PRSs located in areas having a high volume of local package delivery. Parcels directed to a recipient within an area serviced by the PRS may be delivered in bulk to the PRS by a parcel carrier. The PRS may then attend to final delivery to each parcel's recipient, preferably using an automated ground vehicle (AGV). Additionally or alternatively, consumers may tender packages to an AGV for, e.g., subsequent retrieval by a package carrier for further transport.

MOBILE FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY

A portable fluid filtration system. The portable filtration system includes a trailer having a ceiling with a predetermined height, and having an openable and closeable ceiling passage. One or more fiber assembles are disposed in the trailer. Each filter assembly includes a filter base and a filter cartridge connectible and dis-connectible to the filter base. The filter cartridge has a height such that when it is disposed on the filter base, the filter cartridge extends beyond the predetermined height of the trailer ceiling. The system also has a fluid input/output assembly disposed in the trailer and fluidically connected to the at least one filter assembly, the liquid input/output assembly being or receiving fluid to be cleaned and inputting it to the at least one her assembly and for receiving filtered fluid from the filter assembly and for outputting it. The system further has a rotatable, extendable filter cartridge mover disposed in the trailer, for connecting and disconnecting the filter cartridge to the filter base.

TRAILER MOUNTED LOG LOADER
20210316652 · 2021-10-14 ·

Embodiments for a trailer mounted log loader are described. The trailer mounted log loader includes an A-frame made of square beams which have a connection plate attached at one end forming an apex of the A-frame. A hollow connection adapter is positioned between and connected to the connection plates of the A-frame. An extendable boom arm is situated within the hollow connection adapter. The extendable boom arm has an attachment point at a distal end opposite from the hollow connection adapter where an attachable attachment is connectable to the extendable boom arm. A pair of pivot arms are connected to a base of the A-frame. The A-frame pivot arms are in turn pivotally connect to a pair of uprights . . . . The ability to remove the uprights from the support posts allows the trailer mounted log loader to be mounted to any trailer or truck bed or stored when not in use.
