Method of manufacturing an enclosure for a transport refrigeration unit, transport refrigeration unit and transport unit
A method of manufacturing a transport refrigeration unit is provided. The method includes providing an enclosure including an outer layer and a supporter. Providing the enclosure includes supplying one of a first material and a second material to a mold. This also includes supplying the other of the first material and the second material on the one of the first material and the second material that is supplied to the mold. Also, this includes curing the first material and the second material integrally that are supplied to the mold. The first material forms into the outer layer and the second material forms into the supporter. The second material includes a plurality of reinforcing fibers.
TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A transport refrigeration system (1) includes a transportation refrigeration unit (37); a generator (11) connected to a wheel axle (7A) of the transport refrigeration system (1), the wheel axle (7A) being coupled to a wheel (5), wherein the generator (11) is configured to be driven to generate electricity by rotation of the wheel axle (7A) and to supply that electricity to the transportation refrigeration unit (37); and a damper (23) connected to the wheel axle (7A) between the wheel (5) and the generator (11). Short spikes or pulsations in torque along the wheel axle (7A) resulting from, e.g., harsh braking or wheel blocking can be, dampened, either wholly or partly, by the damper (23) such that damage to the transport refrigeration system (1) can be avoided.
TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A transport refrigeration system (1) includes a transportation refrigeration unit (37); a generator (11) connected to a wheel axle (7A) of the transport refrigeration system (1), the wheel axle (7A) being coupled to a wheel (5), wherein the generator (11) is configured to be driven to generate electricity by rotation of the wheel axle (7A) and to supply that electricity to the transportation refrigeration unit (37); and a damper (23) connected to the wheel axle (7A) between the wheel (5) and the generator (11). Short spikes or pulsations in torque along the wheel axle (7A) resulting from, e.g., harsh braking or wheel blocking can be, dampened, either wholly or partly, by the damper (23) such that damage to the transport refrigeration system (1) can be avoided.
Curtain track seal
A container refrigeration unit (10) is provided. The container refrigeration unit includes a container (20), a curtain (30), a seal element (40) and a sealing adapter (50). The container includes sidewalls defining an open end (26) and a curtain track (27) proximate the open end. The curtain is sized to cover the open end. The sealing adapter is fittable to the curtain track. An entire periphery of the curtain and an entirety of the seal element are sequentially fittable to the sealing adapter.
Power generation assembly
There is disclosed a power generation assembly (300) for powering a transport refrigeration system (TRS) (52) of a vehicle (10), the power generation assembly (300) comprising: a torque converter (402) having an engine side input (404) and a transmission side output (406); a power take-off device (302) coupled to the engine side input (404) of the torque converter (402), the power take-off device (302) having a rotary output; a permanent magnet generator (304) having a rotor (420) directly coupled to the power take-off device (302) for power generation; wherein the power generation assembly (300) is configured to be housed in an engine bay (210) of a vehicle (10), and is configured to generate at least 8 kW of power when the engine side input (404) has a rotational speed of 500 rpm.
Power generation assembly
There is disclosed a power generation assembly (300) for powering a transport refrigeration system (TRS) (52) of a vehicle (10), the power generation assembly (300) comprising: a torque converter (402) having an engine side input (404) and a transmission side output (406); a power take-off device (302) coupled to the engine side input (404) of the torque converter (402), the power take-off device (302) having a rotary output; a permanent magnet generator (304) having a rotor (420) directly coupled to the power take-off device (302) for power generation; wherein the power generation assembly (300) is configured to be housed in an engine bay (210) of a vehicle (10), and is configured to generate at least 8 kW of power when the engine side input (404) has a rotational speed of 500 rpm.

A guide member extends from an opening of a casing toward an internal space. The guide member guides the temperature sensor to the internal space. The detector and the lead wire of the temperature sensor are held by the guide member.

The rear wall has a doorway with an entry door mounted with hinges to the rear wall to close the doorway. A first awning mounted with hinges to the first longitudinal sidewall closes the first transaction window. A second awning mounted with hinges to the second longitudinal sidewall closes the second transaction window. The mobile store unites the convenience of a convenience store with the flexibility of a food truck.

The transport container is releasably connected with a box comprising an open connecting side, at which the box is provided with anchor parts. The box contains an inlet opening for supplying fresh air, wherein an air conditioning device is arranged in the box and is connectable to the inlet opening for fresh air supply into the air conditioning device. The open connecting side of the box contains a region, in which an air outlet from the air conditioning device is arranged and is in fluid communication with an intake opening in the container, and a re-entry opening which is for re-entry of air from the container and which is fluidly connectable with intake of the air conditioning device.
