A lever switch includes a lever main body and a rotary operation element rotatably provided at a tip end portion of the lever main body. The rotary operation element is provided with a light ON switch position at which an instruction to cause head lights and small lights to be on at all times is issued, an automatic light switch position at which an instruction to set an automatic light mode, in which a turned-on state of the head lights and the small lights is controlled based on the intensity of illumination in the vicinity of the vehicle, is issued, and a light OFF switch position at which an instruction to turn the head lights off is issued, the light ON switch position, the automatic light switch position, and the light OFF switch position being arranged in an order along a rotation direction.

A vehicle lamp with a rotating light source may include a signal receiver which receives a signal from one or more sensors provided in a vehicle; a light emitting diode (LED) portion having one or more LED elements configured to emit light toward an outside of the vehicle; a controller connected to the one or more LED elements and configured to control a light generation amount of the one or more LED elements; a signal transmitter which is connected to the signal receiver, receives the signal from the signal receiver and transmits the received signal to the controller; and a driver coupled to the LED portion and configured to rotate the LED portion, wherein the controller controls the light generation amount of the one or more LED elements in a response to the signal.

The auxiliary lighting system senses the operational state of various ones of the vehicle lights of the vehicle and operably controls the operational state of various auxiliary lights based on the operational state of one or more of the vehicle lights. The method includes controlling the auxiliary lighting system based on the operational state of the vehicle lights.
VEHICULAR LIGHT SWITCH AND VEHICULAR LIGHT SYSTEM
A vehicular light switch can change the mode of an exterior-illuminating light by rotating to different positions including an auto setting and a small setting. If the position of the vehicular light switch is rotated to the small setting, a momentary mechanism returns the position to the auto setting. If extravehicular brightness is less than a prescribed value and the position is rotated to the small setting whilst the vehicle is stationary, a first light controller turns off a low-beam light, and turns on the low-beam light if the vehicle runs afterwards. If extravehicular brightness is less than a prescribed value and the position is rotated to the small setting while the vehicle is running, a second light controller keeps the low-beam light turned on.
TFT LCD AUTOMOBILE LIGHT FIXTURE
A light bar has a circuit board positioned within a housing and having a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) or a thin-film-transistor liquid-crystal display (TFT LCD) is configured to transmit light. The housing has wiring electrically connected to a controller. The controller is configured to receive signals from the electrical system of the vehicle, interpret the signals received from the electrical system of the vehicle, and in response automatically control illumination of independently controllable segments of the vehicle light bar. The controller is initially programmed to perform specific function(s) and/or strobe according to specific patterns and is thereafter at least partially restricted from being reprogrammed by a user to serve other function(s), either by restricting the emission of light in at least one color and/or preventing specific strobing pattern(s).
AUTOMATIC DRIVING VEHICLE
A driving control device receives power supply from an accessory battery to operate, controls automatic driving, and outputs a control signal. A steering ECU, a power ECU and a brake ECU instruct a steering mechanism, a PCU and a brake to operate based on the control signal, respectively. An emergency stop switch is operated by an operator. In a case where the emergency stop switch is operated, an interface processing device cuts off a switch to stop the power supply, shuts down the driving control device, and outputs a control signal that causes the steering mechanism, the PCU and the brake to perform an emergency stop operation.

All or some of the optical fibers comprise at least one coupling section. Each coupling section is disposable or disposed in a socket of the lighting device to receive light from a light source of the lighting device. The optical fibers include at least one light decoupling section being part of at least one illumination section of the woven flat body. The woven flat body and/or the at least one light decoupling section of the optical fibers include at least one reflecting element to decouple light from the optical fibers.
