An endoscope cleaning device is applied to an endoscope having a main body and a tube body connected to the main body. The endoscope cleaning device includes a frame, a receiving tank for receiving the tube body, a circulating module, and an operating module that is electrically connected to the circulating module. The receiving tank and the operating module are disposed on the frame. The circulating module is connected to a source of first solution supply, a source of second solution supply, and the receiving tank. The operating module is manipulated by a user to control the circulating module to transmit the solution provided by the source of first solution supply and the solution provided by the source of second solution supply to the receiving tank and then to drain the solution in the receiving tank out. A cleaning method of an endoscope by using the endoscope cleaning device is provided.

A trocar is a device designed to allow surgical instruments and tools to be quickly and easily inserted into a body cavity without contacting the surrounding tissue.

The cooling device includes: a box; a first communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second fan that is provided at the second communicating hole, the second fan being configured to guide gas to an exterior of the box through the second communicating hole to generate an airflow in the box, the gas having introduced into the box from the first communicating hole; and a duct configured to house a heat generator to be cooled, the duct being positioned in the box to allow the airflow to pass through an inside of the duct.

Provided is a cooling device of an endoscope device. The cooling device includes: a box; a first communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second fan that is provided at the second communicating hole, the second fan being configured to guide gas to an exterior of the box through the second communicating hole to generate an airflow in the box, the gas having introduced into the box from the first communicating hole; and a duct configured to house a heat generator to be cooled, the duct being positioned in the box to allow the airflow to pass through an inside of the duct.

A method for cleaning an endoscope during a surgical procedure performed with a surgical instrument. The method includes: measuring with a processor module an aggregate activation time of the surgical instrument during the surgical procedure; and activating an endoscope cleaning system with the processor module to clean a lens of the surgical instrument after the processor module determines that the measured aggregate activation time of the surgical instrument has reached a target duration.

The present invention is a Laparoscopic Eye Cleaner that can be used intra-abdominally. This laparoscopic instrument will save time and money. The instrument is a handle connected to a flat, thin stem and made of plastic or stainless steel with a soft absorbable tip. It only takes two fingers to use it. The tip that cleans the eye of the lens without the need for the laparoscope having to be removed.

The present embodiments provide systems and methods suitable for delivering an agent including a plurality of particles to a target site. In example embodiments, a system suitable for delivering an agent to a target site includes a catheter having a first wall defining a lumen sized for delivery of the agent to the target site. The catheter has a distal end terminating with a primary opening of the lumen, an opposing proximal end, and a longitudinal axis extending between the distal end and the proximal end. At least one secondary opening is formed at the distal end, wherein the secondary opening is configured to allow fluid to flow through the secondary opening to create a steady flow of fluid at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis and prevent the plurality of particles from flowing through the secondary opening.

A leak tester of the present disclosure includes: an air pump for supplying air into the endoscope device; a pressure sensor that detects a pressure inside the endoscope device, and a control unit that controls operation of the air pump and the pressure sensor. The control unit executes: a first process of judging whether an internal pressure of the endoscope device has dropped by a first pressure value within a first time span after start of a wet test; a second process of judging whether the internal pressure has further dropped by a second pressure value different from the first pressure value within a second time span different from the first time span in a case where the internal pressure has dropped by the first pressure value in the first process; and a process of judging pass or fail in the wet test.
