Mobile Refueling Vessel
A mobile vessel for refueling an engine or tank of a vehicle at a remote refueling site. A refueling station is mounted to the mobile vessel and includes a movable platform mounted to a generally horizontal deck. The platform is movable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position the platform extends away from the deck to provide a floor for the worker to stand on to connect the fuel dispenser to the engine or tank. In the stowed position the movable platform is folded from the deployed position towards the generally horizontal deck.
DOG ASSISTANCE STEP
A staircase for installation onto a vehicle is disclosed herein. The staircase includes an attachment-mechanism, a first-step and a second-step. The first-step and the second-step are pivotally connected such that the staircase is able to move between a folded-position and an unfolded-position. The staircase offers an effective method for loading elderly or disabled dogs into vehicles without strain on the pet owner and prevents the pets from scratching the paint of a vehicle as they enter or exit.
FOLDABLE LADDER STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMOBILE CARGO BED
A foldable ladder is provided for an automobile cargo bed and includes a mounting base mounted to a sideboard of the cargo bed. The mounting base has a bottom part that is pivotally coupled, by means of a first pivot joint unit, to a pivot axle, which is pivotally coupled to a pivot joint end of a frame to form a second pivot joint unit. Two side portions of the frame are respectively coupled to extension/retraction bars that are extendable outward from an operation end. Ends of the extension/retraction bars are pivotally coupled through a third pivot joint unit to ladder assembly that includes rungs. The foldable ladder positionable between the cargo bed and the ground in an expanded condition and is positioned against the sideboard of the cargo bed so as not to occupy the space of the cargo bed.
Sub-Frame and Step Assembly for Truck
An assembly is described for connecting a step or other components to a tow truck or other commercial truck using a sub-frame. The sub-frame includes chassis connection elements that are attached to a chassis of the truck and support elements that extend perpendicularly away from the chassis toward left and right sides of the truck so that the step, a toolbox, or other components may be attached thereto. The step is installed at a height that allows access by a user standing thereon to a bed of the truck and to any items located on the truck bed. The assembly may also include a rear bracket assembly for attaching rear fenders to the truck.
Stair entry aftermarket assistance device
An aftermarket assistance device for use with a factory stair with a vertical space of about 18 inches between steps of the factory stair and comprising a foot hold surface and a mounting surface extending from connection with the foot hold surface wherein the foot hold surface has a surface area less than the surface area of either the steps of the factory stair and wherein the foot hold surface is mountable within the vertical space between the steps of the factory stair.
VEHICLE HUB STEP APPARATUS
Vehicle hub step apparatus are disclosed. An example wheel hub step includes a radially-symmetric body having a first end to be adjacent a vehicle wheel and a second end opposite the first end. Additionally, the wheel hub step includes a wall extending between the ends and approximately coaxial relative to a rotational axis of the vehicle wheel. The wall of the wheel hub step having an outer surface including a surface treatment to increase friction between footwear and the wheel hub step.
TWO SHOT INJECTION MOLDED VEHICLE HITCH STEP
A hitch step assembly comprises a first shot component injection molded from a first polymer compound with a high flexural modulus and a second shot component injection molded from a second polymer compound having a lower flexural modulus relative to the first shot compound. A post and a step body core are molded from the first polymer compound. A shell of the step body is molded from the second polymer compound and is overmolded onto the step body core. The shell forms a compression zone that attenuates rear impact forces the hitch step encounters, thus offering some protection against rear impacts. The hitch step assembly exhibits satisfactory resistance to deflection and torsional bending about a hitch receiver axis when a force is applied on the top surface of the hitch step near its lateral ends.
Stable platform for motor vehicles
A stowable platform for motor vehicles which extends beyond the vehicle when in use but is stowed beneath the vehicle. The platform is pivotably secured to an elongated arm which is in turn pivotably secured to the vehicle and is positively locked in both positions.
Lighted Vehicle Step Pad and Vehicle Light Source
A lighted vehicle part includes a vehicle step pad attachable to a vehicle. The step pad has a stepping surface configured to permit a user to step on the stepping surface when loading objects into a vehicle on which the step pad is attached. A downturned lip extends downwardly from the stepping surface. A light source is mounted to the step pad in such a way that the light source can emit light from the lip.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EGRESS FROM A MOTOR HOME
An emergency exit door assembly for a vehicle. The door assembly can include a door panel that is movably coupled to the wall of the vehicle. The door panel can have an inner surface and an outer surface. The door panel can be configured for selective movement between a closed position and an open position in which an opening within the wall is exposed. A headboard component can be incorporated into the door panel, and a bed pedestal within the vehicle can be positioned in proximity to the headboard component when the door panel is in a closed position.
