UNFORGEABLE LICENSE PLATE SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a secured and unforgeable digital license plate that facilitates tracking of a vehicle's location and the monitoring of the vehicle's mechanical and electrical condition, as well as providing indications about the vehicle's traffic and parking lot violations. The display on the digital license plate is highly visible to both motor vehicle enforcement officers and to drivers and passengers of nearby vehicles, and is indicative that the vehicle bearing the digital license plate with the displayed indication is exhibiting anomalous motor activity.

CAR LICENSE PLATE SYSTEM
In an embodiment, a system comprises a first arm configured at a first position in a vertical direction. The system also comprises a second arm configured at a second position in the vertical direction, wherein the second arm is parallel to the first arm, and configured to hold a display along with the first arm in the vertical direction. The system can also include top connector connected to the first and second arm and configured below the first and second arm. The system can also include a bottom connector configured below the top connector. The bottom connector and top connector provide additional structure support for a v-slot for alignment and positioning to the front portion of the device and enable the first and second arm to securely hold the display at a front end of the device.
SOFT IDENTIFICATION PLATE AND METHOD THEREFOR
A license plate assembly includes a backing and a flexible license plate. The flexible license plate includes plural layers, including a licensing-information layer, in which ink is deposited in the form of alphanumeric characters on an underlying one of the plural layers, the alphanumeric characters providing license information. The flexible license plate optionally includes one or more holograms, and/or watermarks, and/or QR-codes. The flexible license plate is disposed on the backing, which extends beyond the perimeter of the flexible license plate, defining a marginal region. In some embodiments, plural indices are disposed in the marginal region to facilitate alignment of flexible license plate during installation thereof on a motor vehicle.

A DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSPARENT COVER AND PIXEL MATRIX DISPLAY FIXED THERETO IN AN IMPROVED MANNER, AND ASSOCIATED MOUNTING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a display arrangement, including: a cover that is transparent at least in some regions; a support frame adapted to fix the display arrangement on a supporting structure; a pixel matrix display having a display surface; a housing; wherein the support frame is arranged adjacent to the cover and an intermediate space, which is delimited by the support frame and the cover, is formed and is filled with a thermoplastic elastomer; wherein the cover and the support frame form a well, in which the pixel matrix display is accommodated; wherein a transparent adhesive layer is formed in the well between the display surface and the cover to fix the pixel matrix display on the cover, with the display surface being visible through the cover and the adhesive layer; wherein the housing fits over the pixel matrix display and is fixed on the support frame.
MOTION-ACTIVATED MOBILE VIRTUAL PANORAMA (MVP) BOX CAMERA FOR CONTINUOUS AND AUTONOMOUS AUTOMOBILE PHYSICAL SECURITY MONITORING
A window mount for securing a plurality of electronic device(s) to a window of most vehicles. The window mount includes a base that straddles the glass of the vehicle's window, a support arm that could be fixed or flexible (based on the customers' choice) and extend to a container for electronic device(s), the container is made to fit most electronic device(s) with openings allowing the access to the electronic device within the container while allowing the electronic device to function, the container can be constructed to allow for multiple devices based on customers' needs/wants, the container is secured within the container via a top that slides across the top section of the container from an opening at the top section of the container.
RETROREFLECTIVE SHEET
A retroreflective sheet 9 of the present invention includes; a surface layer 1; a glass bead holding layer 5 containing glass beads 3 that are located randomly as viewed cross-sectionally; and a metal reflective layer 4 on a back surface side of the glass bead holding layer 5. The surface layer 1 is a vinyl chloride resin layer. The retroreflective sheet further includes, between the vinyl chloride resin layer and the glass bead holding layer, a barrier layer 2 for preventing deterioration of the metal reflective layer. The barrier layer 2 is preferably an alkyd-melamine resin layer. Thereby, it is possible to provide a retroreflective sheet that can prevent the degradation of, e.g., the reflective function of the metal reflective layer on the back surface side of the glass bead holding layer and thus maintaining high weather resistance and wide-angle reflectivity, and that can exhibit high surface printability.
