Apparatus for assisted buckle release
An apparatus for assisted buckle release employing a generally C-shaped, V-shaped, or U-shaped assistive device adapted to depress a buckle's release button, such as a button typical of a child car seat restraint harness, and thereby assist in unlocking the buckle.
LOCKING HARNESS
A retainer apparatus including a first retainer portion, a second retainer portion, a wireless signal transmitting device, a wireless signal receiving device, and a sensor. The wireless signal transmitting device, the wireless signal receiving device, and the sensor is physically contained within at least one of the first retainer portion and the second retainer portion. The first retainer portion is removably attached to the second retainer portion. The sensor is configured to detect the first retainer portion being disconnected from the second retainer portion and generate a warning signal. The wireless transceiver is configured to wirelessly transmit the warning signal to a controller in a vehicle to activate an audible warning alert to warn a user in the vehicle of the first retainer portion being disconnected from the second retainer portion.
Restraint system
An improved restraint system is provided. More particularly, the improved restraint system can include a harness and a booster seat. The harness can be attached to a seat belt of a vehicle. The harness can include a shoulder seat belt guide member for attaching a shoulder seat belt and also a lap seat belt guide member for attaching a lap seat belt. The improved restraint system can allow a child who is otherwise unsuitable for using a booster seat alone to use the booster seat in combination with the harness.
PET SECURITY DEVICE FOR VEHICLES
The pet security device for vehicles comprises a harness provided with straps that includes two first straps (1), each of them including at one end a fastening element (2); a second strap (3) that crosses the first straps (1); and a third strap (4), whose ends are attached to the ends of the second strap (3).
It provides an increased security in comparison to other security devices for pets that are not specifically designed for their use in vehicles.

Seatbelt assembly including proximity sensor and marker
A system includes a seatbelt retractor and a webbing payable from the seatbelt retractor. A marker is fixed to the webbing. A proximity sensor is fixed relative to the seatbelt retractor. The proximity sensor is designed to detect the marker when the marker is within sensing range of the proximity sensor. The marker is positioned along the webbing to be out of sensing range of the proximity sensor when the webbing is engaged with a 6-year-old anthropomorphic test device and to be in sensing range of the proximity sensor when the webbing is engaged with a child seat.
LATERAL SHOCK ABSORBER
A lateral shock absorber includes a protective fender pivoted to a base of a child car safety seat and a locking mechanism disposed on the base. The protective fender is pivotally switchable between a folded state or an unfolded state. The locking mechanism is for selectively engaging with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from switching to the unfolded state or disengaging from the protective fender to allow the protective fender to switch to the unfolded state when the protective fender is located in the folded state. The locking mechanism includes a locking assembly, an abutting component and an abutting block connected to the abutting component. The locking assembly engages with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from moving, and the abutting component is driven by the abutting block to disengage the locking assembly from the protective fender when the abutting block is pressed downwardly.
Apparatus for assisted buckle release
An apparatus for assisted buckle release having an engagement portion connected to a lever arm at a midportion and a protuberance projected from a basal side of the lever arm. The midportion accommodates rotation of the lever arm within a coronal plane relative thereto as well as manual compression toward the engagement portion to move the protuberance a minimum distance sufficient to depress a release button of a buckle of a vehicular restraint with which the apparatus is engaged and actuate release of the restraints from the button.
SEAT HARNESS SYSTEM
A seat harness system having a harness plate lockable to a seat to form a five-point harness system for the seat. The harness plate is operatively associated with harness strapping, which is associated with a harness positioning system, which in turn is associated with an actuator to form a singular system that requires only a single action to release all five-points harness system by way of the actuator and the harness positioning system.
