A plurality of other sensors sense at least one of rearward and sideward of the equipped vehicle and capture sensor data. The collision avoidance system may determine imminence of collision with the equipped vehicle by another vehicle present exterior the equipped vehicle responsive at least in part to (a) image processing by the image processor of image data captured by a forward-viewing camera, a rearward-viewing camera, a driver side-viewing camera and/or a passenger side-viewing camera, and (b) radar data sensed by the plurality of other sensors, lidar data sensed by at least one lidar sensor of said plurality of other sensors and/or information transmitted to or from the equipped vehicle via a car2car (v2v) communication system.
VEHICULAR MULTI-CAMERA VISION SYSTEM
A vision system for a vehicle includes a plurality of cameras with one camera functioning as a master camera and other cameras functioning as slave cameras. During a forward driving maneuver of the vehicle, a forward viewing camera functions as the master camera and at least a driver-side sideward viewing camera and a passenger-side sideward viewing camera function as slave cameras. During a reversing maneuver of the vehicle, a rearward viewing camera functions as the master camera and at least the driver-side sideward viewing camera and the passenger-side sideward viewing camera function as slave cameras. The vision system is operable to synthesize a composite image derived from image data captured by at least the master camera and the driver-side sideward viewing camera and the passenger-side sideward viewing camera. Operating parameters of the master camera are used at least by the driver-side sideward viewing camera and the passenger-side sideward viewing camera.
Rear camera system for a vehicle with a trailer
A vehicle plug for transmitting power and signals between a vehicle and a trailer includes a power conductor and one or more video signal conductors. The power conductor is configured to provide power to one or more electrical components of the trailer, the one or more electrical components of the trailer includes one or more video cameras. The one or more video signal conductors are configured to receive video signals from the one or more video cameras of the trailer.
WORK VEHICLE AND IMAGE DISPLAYING METHOD FOR WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes circuitry configured to determine a focused area based on signals detected by work and travel situation detection sensors. The circuitry is configured to determine a prioritized display image among images captured by cameras, the prioritized display image including the focused area. The circuitry is configured to compose the images captured by the cameras by view-point converting the images to generate an overhead image around the vehicle body. The circuitry is configured to generate at least one monitor display image including a first display area in which the overhead image is displayed and a second display area in which the prioritized display image is displayed.
Systems, Methods, And Devices For Rendering In-Vehicle Media Content Based On Vehicle Sensor Data
A system for providing media content in a vehicle includes a vehicle information component, a scene status component, and a content component. The vehicle information component is configured to generate vehicle information about an environment or status of the vehicle based on sensor data from the one or more vehicle sensors. The scene status component is configured to provide the vehicle information to a content provider. The content component is configured to receive content from the content provider, wherein the content is configured for rendering by the media system of the vehicle based on the vehicle information. The content provider also provides the content to the media system of the vehicle for rendering.
Vehicle-drive assisting apparatus
Provided is a vehicle drive assisting apparatus capable of allowing a driver to recognize a road surface condition which can be used for reference in steering following wheels or a road surface condition which can be used for reference in turning. Such vehicle-drive assisting apparatus includes a wheel position storing section storing a position of a wheel when a vehicle effects traveling, a road surface information acquiring section acquiring road surface information indicating a road surface condition of a road surface on which the vehicle has traveled, and a display image generating section generating a display image of the road surface information stored and relating to the wheel position on a displaying unit provided in the vehicle.
VEHICULAR CONTROL SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE EXTERIOR VIEWING CAMERAS
A vehicular control system includes a plurality of exterior-viewing cameras disposed at a vehicle. The plurality of exterior-viewing cameras comprises at least one rearward-viewing camera and a forward-viewing camera. At least in part via processing at an electronic control unit (ECU) of image data captured by the cameras and transferred to the ECU, the vehicular control system (i) determines a traffic lane that the equipped vehicle is traveling in on the road the equipped vehicle is traveling along and (ii) detects a trailing vehicle present rearward of the equipped vehicle and approaching the equipped vehicle in the same traffic lane that the equipped vehicle is traveling in on the road the equipped vehicle is traveling along. The vehicular control system controls the equipped vehicle to mitigate impact by the trailing vehicle. The forward-viewing camera captures image data for at least one driving assist system of the equipped vehicle.
IMAGING AND DISPLAY SYSTEMS FOR A BOAT
A boat includes at least one camera and a display screen communicatively coupled to the camera to selectively display images from the camera. The camera may be positioned on the boat to have a field of view of an environment external to a hull of the boat, such as a forward-facing camera positioned to have a field of view of an environment forward of the bow of the boat or an aft-facing camera positioned to have a field of view of an environment aft of the stern of the boat. In response to the selection of a user-selectable element configuring the boat for an activity, such as a water sport, or in response to an operation of a control, such as a reverse control, the display screen displays images from the camera, such as a live video feed from the camera.
