HEATER DEVICE, IMAGING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE AND HEATER DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A heater device is provided with: a transparent substrate; a heating wire arranged on a first face side of the transparent substrate; and a transparent adhesive layer formed on the first face side of the transparent substrate so as to cover the heating wire. The values of the thickness and viscosity of the adhesive layer are selected such that, when the heater device is affixed onto a windshield by means of the adhesive layer, a wedge angle of a concave portion that is formed on the transparent substrate in the vicinity of the heating wire due to a height of the heating wire is no greater than 0.1°.
HEATER DEVICE AND IMAGING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A heater device according to the present invention comprises: a first line where an electrically-heated wire is routed to a region to be heated on a transparent substrate; and a second line that is connected to first and second power supply terminals and is wider than the first line. In addition, a wire break region is formed in the second line, a thermistor is connected so as to span the wire break region, and a portion of the first line is within the wire break region.
Car window glass assembly
A car window glass includes a glass plate having a conductor layer, a connection terminal, and a power line. The connection terminal includes metal-plate first and second join parts joined to the conductor layer via the first and second solder layers, a metal-plate bridge section connected to the first and second join parts and spaced apart from the conductor layer, and a fixing part for fixing the power line to a bridge section main surface. The power line extends from the fixing part along a glass plate main surface, and the side opposite of the side facing the glass plate main surface is free of the bridge section, and the starting point of the power line extending from the fixing part is positioned in the upper direction of a virtual line connecting the center portions of the first and second join parts with each other.
Moving body control apparatus
There is provided with a moving body control apparatus. An image capturing unit captures a periphery of a moving body through a transmitting portion. A heater is capable of heating the transmitting portion. An air-conditioning unit switches an air-conditioning state in the moving body between an inside air circulation state and an outside air introduction state. A control unit controls the heater. An ambient temperature detection unit detects an ambient temperature. The control unit starts the operation of the heater when the ambient temperature is not more than a predetermined temperature threshold. The predetermined temperature threshold of the case in which the air-conditioning state is set to the inside air circulation state is higher than the predetermined temperature threshold in the case in which the air-conditioning state is set to the outside air introduction state.
GLASS PLATE WITH ELECTRIC HEATING WIRE
A glass plate with an electric heating wire includes a glass plate having an information acquisition area through which information outside a vehicle is acquired by an information acquisition apparatus; and an electric heating wire provided in the information acquisition area. When the glass plate is mounted to a vehicle body in an inclined state, the information acquisition area has a rectangular shape viewed from a direction of an optical axis of the information acquisition apparatus, and has horizontal upper and lower sides. A plurality of streaks caused by waviness of the glass plate are arranged at intervals in a lateral direction parallel to the upper and lower sides, each streak extending in a vertical direction perpendicular to the lateral direction. The electric heating wire has a vertical portion that vertically traverses the information acquisition area. A plurality of vertical portions are provided at intervals in the lateral direction.
HEATING PLATE, CONDUCTIVE PATTERN SHEET, VEHICLE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEATING PLATE
A heating plate includes: a pair of glass plates; a conductive pattern disposed between the pair of glass plates and defining a plurality of opening areas; and a joint layer disposed between the conductive pattern and at least one of the pair of glass plates; wherein the conductive pattern includes a plurality of connection elements that extend between two branch points to define the opening areas; and a rate of the connection elements, which are straight line segments connecting the two branch points, relative to the plurality of connection elements, is less than 20%.

Cleaning apparatus and method
An apparatus and a method for cleaning glass used in cars or cameras are disclosed. Said cleaning apparatus comprises glass, multiple electrodes placed in series on top of said glass, a dielectric layer stacked on top of said electrodes, and a hydrophobic layer stacked on top of said dielectric layer and on whose surface a droplet forms. Here, said droplet moves towards the outer edge of said glass by application of differing direct current voltages to several of said electrodes.
