ELECTROMECHANICAL BRAKE PRESSURE GENERATOR FOR A HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELECTROMECHANICAL BRAKE PRESSURE GENERATOR
20200340563 · 2020-10-29 ·

An electromechanical brake pressure generator including a threaded drive system. The system includes a rotatable spindle nut, a axially displaceable spindle cooperating with a thread of the spindle nut, and a hydraulic piston which at least partially radially surrounds the spindle and the spindle nut and is rotatably fixedly connected to the spindle and which carries out an axial piston stroke as a result of the rotation of the spindle nut. The system includes a housing which at least partially surrounds the hydraulic piston and forms a hydraulic cylinder, and an axial recess, in the hydraulic cylinder, which forms an anti-twist protection together with a torque support formed at the hydraulic piston and using which the hydraulic piston and the spindle are secured against twisting during a rotation of the spindle nut, the recess forming a sliding surface for the torque support of the hydraulic piston.

Hydraulic brake device with a time difference and assembly thereof
10814850 · 2020-10-27 · ·

This invention relates to a hydraulic brake device with a time difference, which utilizes an innovative brake structure to realize the time difference braking technique in which the rear wheel preferentially activates the braking action, to prevent the vehicles from slipping or spillover. Moreover, said time difference hydraulic brake device in the present invention can increase the braking force of the front wheel brake, this allows bicycles, motorcycles, electric scooters, automobiles and other vehicles to effectively improve braking performance and safety.

Cam locking handle assembly for manual park release

A park release assembly including a package housing with a depth defining base and a cover and a cam component supported in a limited pivotal fashion within the housing. The cam component includes upper and lower portions, each further having an arcuate extending guide surface. A release cable extends in a first direction within the housing and engages the arcuate surface of the lower cam portion. An engagement cable extends in a second crosswise direction relative to the release cable and engages the arcuate surface of the upper cam portion. A pull handle is secured to an end of the engagement cable and, upon outwardly displacing the pull handle, causes concurrent rotation of the cam component in a counter biasing direction in order to linearly displace the release cable in an extending direction in order to actuate a remote lever to a vehicle Park release condition.

CABLE

The cable according to one embodiment of the invention comprises: one or a plurality of core members, each having a conductor and an insulation cover material covering the conductor; and a sheath layer covering the one or the plurality of core members. The sheath layer comprises an inner sheath layer, and an outer sheath layer covering the inner sheath layer. The inner sheath layer comprises a crosslinked very low density polyethylene. The main component of the outer sheath layer is polyurethane. Relative to 100 parts by mass of resin component in the inner sheath layer, the very low density polyethylene content is between 20 parts by mass and 100 parts by mass inclusive. The elastic modulus of the inner sheath layer at 25 C. is between 5 MPa and 30 MPa inclusive.

Brake assembly for height-adjustable patient transport apparatus
