The present disclosure is directed to image reconstruction techniques used in magnetic resonance imaging. The techniques disclosed include calculating, for each of image reconstruction tasks to be performed, a calculation capability requirement value of the task by a magnetic resonance system, and determining whether the calculation capability requirement value of the task is greater than a predetermined threshold. If so, the task is sent to a shared image reconstruction apparatus, so that the shared image reconstruction apparatus performs the task. Otherwise, the task is sent to a local image reconstruction apparatus, so that the local image reconstruction apparatus performs the task. The techniques described herein facilitate a reduction in hardware cost required for image reconstruction in MRI.

AUTOMATIC DETERMINATION OF WORKFLOW FOR RESTORATIVE DENTAL PROCEDURES

A method of generating a 3D model includes: determining a 3D surface comprising a preparation tooth using a first plurality of intraoral scans generated by an intraoral scanner at a first time; receiving one or more additional intraoral scans of the preparation tooth that were generated by the intraoral scanner at a second time; determining a change to one or more portions of the preparation tooth between the three-dimensional surface and the one or more additional intraoral scans; determining, based at least in part on the change to the preparation tooth, whether to use a) the 3D surface, b) data from the one or more additional intraoral scans or c) a combination of the 3D surface and the data from the one or more additional intraoral scans to depict one or more portions of the preparation tooth; and generating the 3D model comprising the preparation tooth.

Image diagnosis assisting apparatus, image diagnosis assisting method and sample analyzing system

Reaction values indicating based on which areas in an input image a plurality of identification results representing the states of cells or tissues are judged are calculated, and differences between a plurality of reaction values are obtained to thereby calculate the degree to which cells or tissues in an area of interest likely are in each state. Thereby, each state of cells or tissues can be visualized at an accurate position in an area of interest; therefore, diagnostic assistance to pathologist becomes possible.

Method and system for determining irradiation dose

A method and system for determining an irradiation dose. The method for determining the irradiation dose includes determining a pixel having a biological feature in a region of interest in a radiotherapy simulated locating image by using a retrospective label; extracting a local radiomics feature based on the pixel having the biological feature, in which the local radiomics feature includes a grayscale histogram intensity, a tumor shape feature, a textural feature, a Laplacian of Gaussian filtering feature, and a wavelet feature; acquiring the local radiomics features to be measured; identifying a positive region having the local radiomics features to be measured based on the local radiomics features; performing three-dimensional reconstruction for the peripheral boundary of the positive region to determine a three-dimensional image.

Method and device for establishing blood vessel cross-section function, blood stress vessel pressure difference and blood vessel stress

A blood vessel cross-section function, a blood vessel pressure difference, and blood vessel stress may be established. A method for establishing a blood vessel cross-section function may include: obtaining image data in at least one cardiac cycle; selecting multiple feature times during the one cardiac cycle; generating spatial models of a target region blood vessel corresponding to each of the feature times according to the image data; establishing a first cross-section model of the target region blood vessel at each position along an axial direction of the target region blood vessel according to each of the spatial models; and establishing a corresponding first cross-section function according to each first cross-section model. Actual conditions of blood vessels may be reflected more accurately, and may provide an intermediate variable with less error for subsequent analysis operations, so that the later calculated value is closer to the actual value.
