LOCKING APPARATUS OF SEAT RAIL FOR VEHICLE
20220314841 · 2022-10-06 ·

A locking apparatus for a seat rail for a vehicle, in which a spring is compressed and fastened when first and second parts are coupled to an upper rail, such that convenience of assembly is improved, and structures for fixing the spring are respectively provided on the first and second parts, such that the structures for fixing the spring are simplified.

IN-WHEEL MOTOR
20220297529 · 2022-09-22 · ·

An in-wheel motor in which a torque will not be applied excessively to a rotor and a wheel, and in which an axial length is reduced. In the in-wheel motor, a rotor is arranged around the stator, and torque is transmitted between a drive member rotated integrally with the rotor and a driven member rotated integrally with a wheel through a transmission member. The transmission member is adapted to allow the drive member and the driven member to rotate relatively to each other when an extraordinary torque is applied to the drive member or the driven member, thereby restricting the torque transmitted between the drive member and the driven member to a predetermined magnitude.

Torsion bar for a steering system assembly

A method of manufacturing a torsion bar for a steering system is provided. The method includes supporting a torsion bar blank on a cold forming machine with a plurality of dies at a first end region of the torsion bar blank and a second end region of the torsion bar blank. The method also includes rolling the torsion bar blank to form an end region having a cylindrical outer surface extending from an axial end surface and a serrated portion disposed proximate the end region and axially offset from the axial end surface.

Steering wheel

[Problem] To enable an airbag module to be assuredly assembled to a cored bar. [Resolution Means] The present invention is applied to a steering wheel including: a cored bar member; and an airbag module which houses an airbag cushion and an inflator and is coupled to the cored bar member via a coupling pin, wherein the steering wheel employs a configuration in which the coupling pin extends from the airbag module side to the cored bar member side. The steering wheel according to the present invention includes: a coil spring arranged outside the coupling pin; and a support member supporting the upper end of the coil spring at a peripheral part of the coupling pin. Moreover, the support member includes a hook which includes: a support surface protruding in the direction vertical to the shaft of the coupling pin in order to support the upper end part of the coil spring; and a side extending from this support surface towards the lower side of the coupling pin. In addition, the coil spring is configured so as not to interfere with the side of the hook.

VEHICLE DOOR COUPLING DEVICE

The present disclosure relates to a vehicle door coupling device, and more specifically, to a vehicle door coupling device for mechanically coupling together a first member having a first hole and a second member having a second hole at a position corresponding to the first hole. The vehicle door coupling device includes: a stopper configured to support the first member; and a shaft including a crossbar configured to support the second member and couple the second member to the first member when the shaft is rotated to a final coupling position, and a hook portion configured to cause the shaft to be caught on the first member in a temporary coupling position, the shaft being connected to support the stopper and the crossbar, wherein the shaft is shaped such that the shaft is inserted into the first hole of the first member and the second hole of the second member and rotatably passes therethrough, and an material for airtight is provided on the shaft to maintain airtightness between the shaft and the first hole of the first member in the final coupling position.

ARTICULATING LOCATING AND RETENTION MEMBER

An alignment member includes a first body member having a first end and a second end longitudinally opposite the first end, a second body member having a first end and a second end longitudinally opposite the first end, the second body member coupled to the first body member such that the first and second body members define a longitudinal axis of the alignment member, a first base member coupled to the second body member, a second base member rotatably coupled to the first base member, and a locking mechanism configured to engage with the first base member. The first base member rotates relative to the second base member to position the alignment member from a first position to a second position and the locking mechanism engages with the first base member to retain the alignment member in the second position.

Remotely controlled vehicle step and lighting systems

A remotely controlled retractable vehicle step system configured for use with a vehicle includes: a stepping member movable between a retracted position and a deployed position; a motor operably coupled to a support member and capable of effectuating movement of the stepping member from the retracted position to the deployed position; and a control system including a vehicle status interface configured to obtain data indicating a status of one or more vehicle features, a motor interface configured to control operation of the motor, and a wireless communication interface configured to communicate wirelessly with a remote electronic device, wherein the control system is configured to: receive, from the remote electronic device, a request to enter an override state; and initialize a countdown timer for automatically ending the override state.
