The system includes a set of sensors located in the analysis zone to sense real-time data related to health of an animal. The set of sensors includes at least one sensor to sense within the analysis zone at least one biological parameter of the animal related to the health. A method is provided using the system that autonomously guides the animal to the analysis zone by a predisposition of the animal to hunt for an animal attractant so that biological parameters of the animal related to the health of the animal are sensed in a stress-free or reduced stress environment.

The system further comprises a control logic (CL) configured to modify the outgoing signal in response to a received input request or in dependence on a distance between a current position of a region of interest (ROI) of the patient (PAT) and a target area (TA) in an imaging apparatus or in a radiation therapy apparatus.

EXPANDABLE ELECTRODE SET

An expandable electrode set, methods of using the expanding electrode set, electrode set systems, and methods of manufacturing an electrode set are described herein. Various examples of an electrode set include nodes that are physically connected to each other by connectors that have a shape that allows for the deformation of the electrode set. The shape and material of the connectors is designed to provide a consistent deformation so that, when placing alignment markers on a part of a body to be monitored, the nodes end up in correct locations on the part of the body for the measurement being performed. The electrode set can include sensors, emitters, or sensors and emitters in various configurations.

The disclosure relates to techniques for diffusion imaging of an examination region of a patient using a magnetic resonance facility. The technique may include specifying a number, which is at least two, of diffusion gradient pulse sequences for recording diffusion data sets using the magnetic resonance facility such that the diffusion gradient pulse sequences have a b-matrix that describes a planar diffusion encoding. The matrix may have precisely two intrinsic values that differ from zero. The technique may further include recording the diffusion data sets with the specified diffusion gradient sequences, and acquiring a trace-weighted image data set by geometric averaging of the at least two diffusion data sets. The diffusion gradient pulse sequences are determined such that the sum of all the b-matrices results in the unit matrix multiplied by a factor that characterizes the diffusion weighting (e.g. a predetermined b-value) and the number divided by three.
