Double-cross cart
A double-cross cart comprises two side wall assemblies, a front wall assembly, a rear wall assembly, a bottom frame assembly, a draw bar assembly and four wheels. A front end and a rear end of the bottom frame assembly are rotatably connected to a lower end of the front wall assembly and a lower end of the rear wall assembly, respectively. The draw bar assembly is rotatably connected to the rear wall assembly. The four wheels are arranged at the lower end of the front wall assembly and the lower end of the rear wall assembly. Each side wall assembly is a double-cross structure composed of two X-shaped connecting rods that are hinged together.
Layer board and cart including the layer board
A layer board is provided for being disposed on a cart, the cart includes a plurality of columns and a plurality of roller assemblies, the layer board has at least one assembly unit, and the assembly unit is a shared structure which can be engaged with one said column or one said roller assembly. The cart having the layer board is further provided.
WEIGHING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A trolley includes a weighing balance mounted on the trolley and configured to weigh at least one item placed on the weighing balance; a display; a communication module configured to receive order data indicative of an order including one or more items, wherein at least one of the items is defined by weight; a memory configured to store the order data; a processor configured to: control the display to output an indication of at least some of the one or more items, determine a weight of one of the items defined by weight placed on the weighing balance, and control the display to output the determined weight of the at least one item from the weighing balance on the display.
COLLAPSIBLE SHOPPING TROLLEY WITH AUXILIARY ELECTRIC MOTOR
The present invention is a general-purpose electronic cart, particularly a rechargeable motorized personal shopping and utility cart that can move in a forward, backward or lateral sense and includes a collapsible container and a control console.
SELF-DRIVING SYSTEMS WITH INVENTORY HOLDER
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a self-driving system that can engage and move an inventory holder. In one embodiment, the self-driving system includes a mobile base comprising motorized wheels, an actuator disposed within the mobile base, the actuator is operable to adjust a height of the mobile base, a console having an upper portion and a main body, the main body being coupled to a first end of the mobile base in a standing configuration, and a first camera disposed on a first side of the upper portion of the console, the first camera facing a second end of the mobile base opposing the first end.
Autonomous Utility Cart and Robotic Cart Platform
A robotic cart platform with a navigation and movement system that integrates into a conventional utility cart to provide both manual and autonomous modes of operation. The platform includes drive wheels replacing the front wheels of the cart. The platform and system include motors, encoders, an IMU, a processor and a microcontroller. The system has a work environment mapping sensor and a cabled array of digital cameras, proximity or radar sessors, as well as weight sensors, lights, a 15 key control panel secured throughout the cart. When in autonomous mode, the system provides navigation, movement and location tracking with or without wireless connection to a server. Destination keys allow autonomous navigation to desired destinations. Looping, boomerang and home keys facilitate autonomous navigation for a variety working environments and situations. The radar sensors provide enhanced obstacle avoidance, cart localizing, route planning and human interaction capabilities.
Flatbed utility cart
A utility cart including a rectangular base is provided. The utility cart includes at least one handle extending outward and upwards from a short side of the rectangular base and a leg extending down from the short side of the rectangular base on the short side of the handles. The utility cart also includes a first wheel assembly joined to the rectangular base on end opposite to the handles, wherein two wheels and the leg are positioned such that the rectangular base is horizontal with a floor, two holes centered along each long side of the rectangular base, and a first adjustable guard that fits into the two holes.
Systems and methods for empty container removal
Systems, methods, and apparatuses are disclosed for empty container removal. In one embodiment, an example method for removing empty containers may include opening a first gate, pushing a cart past the first gate, the cart comprising a handle and a trapdoor, where the cart comprises the empty containers, sliding the handle of the cart in a lateral direction from a default position to an extended position, opening a second gate, pushing the cart past the second gate using the handle, and actuating the trapdoor from a closed position to an open position, where actuating the trapdoor causes the empty containers to fall down a chute.
COUPLING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CARTS
A coupling system and method for connecting a first cart to a second cart includes a first stabilizing arm configured to span between the first cart and the second cart on a first side, and a second stabilizing arm configured to span between the first cart and the second on a second side opposite from the first side.
STATIONARY TRANSFER PLATFORM AND CLEANING DEVICE FOR SUPPLY TRANSPORT DEVICE
A stationary platform for supporting a supply transport device is provided. The stationary platform includes a frame having at least two longitudinal sides, a first end and a second opposing end, and a top surface and a bottom surface, and a plurality of legs extending from the bottom surface of the frame to support the supply transport device on the frame. The supply transport device is slidably received on the top surface of the frame. A wheel base assembly having a cleaning device for contacting a bottom surface of the supply transport device, to remove dirt and debris from or to disinfect the supply transport device, is also provided.
