By additionally arranging a resetting member between the supporting frame and the stroller frame, the supporting frame always has a resetting tendency, that is, when the supporting frame is unloaded, the resetting member may suspend the wheel, so as to avoid noise caused by friction between the wheel and the supporting surface.

The release actuator is rotatable to cause the latch to disengage from the third coupling member for allowing folding of the infant stroller apparatus.
