An embodiment of a cart for food service has a folding frame and/or removable shelves. Optionally, the frame includes sidewalls pivotally attached to opposite sides of a back. An optional wheeled base may be pivotally attached to a bottom of the back. In some embodiments, removable shelves are supported by the side walls, for example, sliding between walls on parallel tracks. Optionally the number of shelve can be changed in accordance to the depth and/or number of dishes carried. The cart has stable, locked, unfolded configuration on four wheels and approximately the width of a man. The frame optionally folds into a flat shape that is supported on two wheels and/or the shelve are held to the frame, for example in a pocket. Optionally the shelves and/or walls are made of aluminum and/or the wheels and/or base are made of stainless steel.
TROLLEY ALERT SYSTEM
A system comprises a trolley for travel along an aisle of an aircraft interior. An infrared sensor is mounted on the trolley, a controller is operatively connected to the infrared sensor, and an output device is operatively connected to the controller. The controller includes machine readable instructions configured to cause the controller to receive input from the infrared sensor and to issue an alert to the output device upon detection of an obstacle in the input from the infrared sensor.

Cabinet
The present invention provides a cabinet (2) intended for transporting and distributing meal trays in aircraft, for example to provide a trolley (1) which can be reinforced with a frame (3). The cabinet is made of a fireproof, water-repellent, alveolate cardboard material, the cabinet comprising an upper face, a lower face, two side faces, a rear face, a front face forming a door, which are made of a single piece of cardboard. The invention also provides for the use of a flat sheet of cardboard, pre-cut in a structured manner, to form a cabinet in a single piece when folded and assembled, preferably of parallelepipedal shape, the sheet of cardboard having a thickness of 6 mm to 10 mm, and a method of manufacturing a cabinet comprising the provision of such a sheet of cardboard, to form a cabinet.
Aircraft Cart Retention System
An aircraft cart retention system may include at least one aircraft cart retention device. The at least one aircraft cart retention device may be configured to retain an aircraft cart in a position proximate to an exterior surface of the structure with at least two combined points of contact during non-taxi, takeoff, or landing (non-TTL) stages of flight when the at least one aircraft cart retention device is in at least one deployed position. The at least one aircraft cart retention device may be configured to allow the aircraft cart to be removed from the position proximate to the exterior surface of the structure when the at least one aircraft cart retention device is in the stowed position.
Cake carrier
A device structured and arranged a more reliable means of transporting tall wedding cakes, tiered cakes, large floral arrangements or ice sculptures from their place of creation to their destination includes a height-adjustable platform, a sliding tray, and poles for supporting the platform.
MEAL DISTRIBUTION TRAY, SYSTEM CONSISTING OF SUCH A TRAY AND OF A TROLLEY WHEREIN THE TRAY IS TO BE TO INSERTED FOR TRANSPORTING AND DISTRIBUTING MEALS
The present invention refers to a tray for distributing meals provided with a support base and a continuous perimeter edge arranged around it, characterized in that at least a portion of the continuous perimeter edge is inclined and is provided with a planar bottom which substantially extends up to the outer edge of the support base. The present invention also refers to a system comprising such a tray and a suitable trolley wherein the tray is to be inserted for transporting and distributing meals. The present invention finally refers to the use of such a tray for transporting meals in a special trolley.
Aura Disinfecting Machine
The application provides a disinfecting device. The device comprises an aircraft trolley-sized body comprising two side surfaces. The body is adapted to move along a longitudinal axis of an aisle of an aircraft such that the side surfaces face two opposing sides of the aisle. The device includes a powering unit, at least one air compressor for providing compressed air, a disinfectant bottle for storing liquid disinfectants, and at least two nozzle assemblies. Each nozzle assembly includes an electrically actuated valve, a connector, and at least three nozzles. The compressed air flows from the compressor to the valve, to the connector, and to the nozzles to form droplets of disinfectants. The nozzles are provided on upper surfaces of the body such that the nozzles point away from the respective side surfaces for spraying the disinfectants onto objects located on the two opposing sides of the aisle.
AIRCRAFT TROLLEY RETENTION DEVICE
An aircraft trolley retention device may include a retention latch with a shaft including a first component of an interlocking assembly and a sleeve including a second component of the interlocking assembly and configured to receive the shaft, and an interlocking assembly. The retention latch may be configured to actuate between a closed position and an open position. The interlocking assembly may be configured to guide the retention latch during the actuation between the closed position and the open position. The retention latch may be configured to retain an aircraft trolley within an aircraft trolley bay when the retention latch is in the closed position. A portion of the retention latch may be configured to be positioned in front of a striker plate corresponding to a handle of an aircraft trolley bay door of the aircraft trolley bay when the retention latch is in the open position.
