Double-decker industrial cart
Carts, dollies, heavy-duty industrial carts, pull carts, push carts, platform carts, etc., which are typically designed to move along a substantially horizontal surface, are provided herein. An industrial cart, according to one implementation, includes a lower frame having sufficient dimensions so as to support a lower crate (or pallet) having a known size. The industrial cart also includes a plurality of wheel assemblies connected to an underside of the lower frame. Also, the industrial cart includes an upper frame having sufficient dimensions so as to support an upper crate (or pallet) having a known size. Furthermore, the industrial cart includes a plurality of vertical posts configured to support the upper frame at any of a plurality of fixed heights above the lower frame.
Modular fish scale sled
A portable sled for transporting cargo in outdoor environments comprises overlapping High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheets arranged in a fish-scale configuration. The design features a structural aluminum body with eye bolts at the front and nylon straps for securing cargo. The sled's fish-scale assembly reduces drag, optimizes weight distribution, and minimizes snagging. Heat-treated HDPE sheets 101 maintain a curved shape when assembled but flatten for storage. The sled incorporates high-visibility colors for safety and is buoyant for water-based operations. Its modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly in the field, making it highly portable and versatile for various outdoor scenarios.
Wheel tackle
Wheel tackle apparatus made of wheels with bearings and plywood angles with shackles impaled on a bolt and locked with nuts to a threaded bracket riveted to a metal angle. It provides an adjustable platform to accommodate variable object sizes. It has eyelets and threaded metal shackles which can be used to tie the object. The shackles serve as a barrier to prevent sliding, shifting, or detachment of the object. It can be disassembled for compact storage. It reliably secures an object for transportation onto the plywood and metal angle platform and enables rolling the object instead of hand carrying it.
Modular Cart System and Method
The present invention provides a modular cleaning cart system designed for controlled environments such as cleanrooms and pharmaceutical facilities. This system features a frame constructed from electropolished stainless steel, equipped with interchangeable joiner tubes for customizable dimensions to suit various cleaning tasks. The cart incorporates adjustable bucket hanger bars, modular side rails, and a wheel assembly with antimicrobial wheels and a foot-operated brake for enhanced maneuverability and stability. It includes telescopic handles, UV-C sterilization strips, and antimicrobial coatings for contamination resistance and ergonomic use. The system supports two-bucket or three-bucket configurations and integrates advanced features such as IoT-enabled sensors and alignment systems, offering an adaptable, efficient, and contamination-resistant solution for demanding cleaning requirements.
Modular fork assembly for a forked material-handling vehicle
A modular fork assembly for a pallet truck includes a discrete elongate body, a discrete load wheel module, and a discrete fork tip that may be detachably connected by the same or different types of interlocking mechanisms that are adapted to inhibit sheer forces. The load wheel module includes a frame and a load wheel assembly that includes a load wheel that is operatively connected to the frame.
UTILITY CART SYSTEM
A utility cart system including a top shelf with a recessed tray and a bottom shelf disposed below the top shelf. A plurality of shelf supports are used to couple the top shelf to the bottom shelf. A plurality of casters are coupled to a bottom of the bottom shelf. A modular shelf is movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the modular shelf is disposed between the top shelf and the bottom shelf and coupled to the plurality of shelf supports. In the second position, the modular shelf is at least partially disposed in the recessed tray of the top shelf.
Personal shopping cart and method of use
A shopping cart basket comprises one or more modular baskets couplable to a bottom basket having a plurality of wheels extending downwardly to allow the shopping cart basket to roll. Each of the modular baskets has a foldable bottom wall that can act as a bottom of a separate basket or can be folded against a side wall of the modular basket. The modular baskets could be used to hold items within a smaller compartment, and can be combined with the bottom basket to form a roll-able shopping cart having a larger compartment. Such a cart is advantageously used in a store, such as a grocery store, a retail shopping mall, or a home improvement store.
Secure storage container
Secure storage carts are disclosed herein and capable of being assembled and disassembled on-site without common disadvantages that affect storage carts designed for on-site assembly. Secure storage carts disclosed herein may be assembled to a reduced tolerance, eliminating potential points of failure in the assembled cart, and giving the user a more solid feel to the operation. Methods for assembling storage carts are also disclosed herein and can include adjusting the extension depth of a door panel hinge. Methods disclosed herein also may include applying a preloading force to the cart frame, to reduce tolerances between components of the storage cart once assembled. Kits are also provided herein containing the components required to assemble the cart on-site, in configurations that may be easily transported to and from the job site when disassembled. Kits also may provide for straightforward and secure assembly of the carts.
Collapsible maintenance cart
A collapsible maintenance cart includes a lower structure and an upper structure that are movable between a stowed configuration and a working configuration. In the working configuration, the lower structure and the upper structure together define an interior workspace, and the upper structure is movable relative to the lower structure between a raised position and a lowered position. In the stowed configuration, a height of the collapsible maintenance cart in the stowed configuration is less than a height of the collapsible maintenance cart in the lowered position of the working configuration.
Drawer cart structure
A drawer cart structure includes a first drawer trolley, a second drawer trolley, a plurality of drawers matching the first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley, and a packaging box, wherein the drawers can be stacked separately into a first drawer set and a second drawer set according to the required number of drawers of the first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley. The first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley are in the form of open frame structures except for two sides and the top. The first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley approach each other in opposite directions and from the bottoms of the two drawer trolleys, so that the first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley are stacked crosswise and there is a distance between the tops of the first drawer trolley and the second drawer trolley.
