Transport jig
A transport jig includes: a frame member; and a support section that is installed on the frame member and that supports a plurality of elongated members. The elongated members are each entirely housed inside the frame member in a lengthwise direction and the support section supports the plurality of elongated members in parallel with one another in one direction.
Multi-surface cart
Disclosed are various embodiments for a multi-surface cart that can be modified or configured to move along different underlying surfaces. The cart can include a transport unit and an adjustable base unit that extends below a bottom surface of the transport unit. The adjustable base unit can be adjusted such that the cart is movable along a first surface in a first configuration with a plurality of wheels on the first surface and is moveable along a second surface in a second configuration with an underlying panel of the adjustable base unit on the second surface.
INCLINATION-ADJUSTABLE CART APPARATUS
An inclination-adjustable cart includes a loading plate on which an object is loaded and a frame supported and fixed to one side of the loading plate, having a handle on the top side thereof to allow gripping by a hand. Wheels are installed at the front and rear of the lower part of the loading plate to guide the movement thereof. The wheels are divided into a front wheel part and a rear wheel part that may be simultaneously lifted/lowered using a wheel shaft or a support plate coupled to the bottom end of a lifting/lowering means. The top end part of the lifting/lowering means is coupled to the bottom surface of the loading plate. The lifting/lowering means is driven by a control part having a gyro sensor. Objects may thereby be stably or conveniently transported without being separated from the cart loading plate, i.e., a cargo box.
Cart system for securing and transporting a portable tool
A cart system may include a mounting bracket removably attachable to a cart and configured to receive a portable tool. The mounting bracket can include retainers to engage a front portion of the portable tool, and a clamp assembly rotationally attached to the mounting bracket that can engage a rear portion of the portable tool when the clamp assembly is in a locked position, thereby securing the portable tool to the mounting bracket. A cart system may include a rotatable arm with a wheel on a first end and rotationally attached to a cart at a second end. A circular disk having a first pattern fixed to the arm and a moveable plate with a recess having a second pattern that mates with the first pattern, the plate being moveably attached to the cart. The disk can selectively engage the recess to selectively restrict rotation of the arm.
RIDING VEHICLE
A riding vehicle includes: a main body portion supporting a wheel; a seat stay erected on the main body portion and configured to be switched between a riding state in which a person rides and a cart state in which a person does not ride; a seat fixed to an upper side of the seat stay; a frame provided on the seat stay and configured to hold luggage in the riding state and the cart state; a steering stay erected on the main body portion at an interval with respect to the seat stay in a traveling direction; and a handle provided on the steering stay, in which the frame, in the cart state, exists in a region closer to the handle as compared with that in the riding state.
Multidirectional Tilting Mechanism and a Method of Operating the Same
A tilting mechanism including a base, a tilting deck, four hinges, and a lifting member. Each hinge is positioned adjacent a corner of the base and the tilting deck. Each hinge includes a globe and a receiver with the globe or the receiver secured to the base frame or the deck frame and the other secured to the other of the base or the tilting deck. Each hinge includes a locking member that selectively secures a globe within a respective receiver. The lifting member is secured at a center of the base frame and a center of the deck frame. The lifting member is configured to urge the tilting deck away from the base such that selective engagement allows for tilting of the tilting deck relative to the base in at least four directions.
Attachable cart system and method
A cart is disclosed which is capable of being wheeled to a vehicle and mounted thereon through a mount secure coupling attached to the cart and a secure receiver attached to the vehicle. Upon secure attachment to the vehicle, the carts undercarriage assembly including wheels are capable of being retracted into the top deck assembly of the cart. Therefore, the vehicle maintains clearance from the road even after the cart is attached. Upon reaching a destination, the undercarriage of the cart is lowered and the cart is detached from the vehicle. The cart is then able to be wheeled away. The cart allows for transportation of loads without the need for the operator to actually carry either the load or the cart at any stage from start to finish or perform any additional steps to safe and securely attach the cart to the vehicle.
VEHICLE FOR CONTAINER TRANSPORT
A vehicle can include a base assembly, a rack assembly, and a processing system. The base assembly can include a platform, a plurality of wheels and a motor for driving at least one of the plurality of wheels. The rack assembly can include a storage shelf connected to the base assembly through a coupling, which includes a bearing assembly enabling the storage shelf to rotate with respect to the platform. The processing system can be configured to communicatively couple with the rack assembly and include one or more processors configured to: determine a location of a target good; cause the storage shelf to move based on the determined location.
PALLET AND HANDTRUCK
An improved material transport system comprising a pallet with an integrated conveyor belt and a powered handtruck operative to move and configure the pallet for loading, transport and unloading. A lift bar on the handtruck has a lower position, wherein the handtruck is used to transport the pallet on a ground surface, and an upper position wherein the rear end of the pallet is lifted to unload material from the conveyor belt to the ground surface. The weight of material on the conveyor belt may cause the material to be unloaded due to gravity, or the belt may be electrically powered. Alternatively, the pallet may include a drive wheel that contacts the ground surface. The drive wheel is mechanically coupled to the front roller of the conveyor belt, causing the belt to move and unload the material onto a ground surface when the handtruck and pallet are moved rearwardly.
