IBS RELATED TESTING AND TREATMENT
Methods and items useful at least therein are provided for IBS related testing and treatment. Disclosed is a patch useful in determining if one or more test materials can cause allergic contact dermatitis in a patient. A kit containing information on use and that may include such a patch and/or test material(s) is also disclosed. A method of IBS related testing including performing skin patch testing on a patient presenting IBS symptoms using at least one test material that can cause allergic contact dermatitis is provided. A method for the treatment of IBS which includes limiting the intake by a patient presenting IBS symptoms of at least one material that gives a positive skin patch test result in the patient is also disclosed.
MICRONEEDLE PATCHES FOR TRANSDERMAL DELIVERY
Embodiment provided herein are directed to microneedle patches for agent application on a mammal skin. The microneedle patch may comprise a patch scaffold having a surface, and a plurality of microneedles disposed on the surface. Each of the microneedles may be capable of piercing the skin 50 μm to 1000 μm deep, and comprises a composite material comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and one or more additional copolymers selected from the group consisting of maltose, leucine, and dileucine.
NOVEL GENE CLASSIFIERS AND USES THEREOF IN ATOPIC DERMATITIS
Disclosed herein are methods of detecting an altered gene expression levels in a subject suspected of having atopic dermatitis. Further described herein are methods of treating atopic dermatitis in a subject having an exhibiting an altered gene expression level.
NOVEL GENE CLASSIFIERS AND USES THEREOF IN PSORIASIS
Disclosed herein are methods of detecting an altered gene expression levels in a subject suspected of having psoriasis. Further described herein are methods of treating psoriasis in a subject having an exhibiting an altered gene expression level.

Device for performing an allergy test
A device (10) for performing an allergy test comprising a container unit (11) having a first surface (12) and a second surface (13). The container unit (11) comprising a plurality of cavities (22) each arranged for receiving an allergen container (14) comprising a supporting material (18) and a pricking tool, which is secured at a location of the supporting material (18). The supporting material (18) is arranged, when a pressure force is applied on the second surface (13), for being compressed thereby causing the pricking tool (19) for being displaced from a first position (25), wherein at said first position the at least one pricking tip (24) is at a first distance from the first surface (12), to a second position (26), wherein at said second position (26) the at least one pricking tip (24) is at a second distance from the first surface (12).

Allergy skin test applicator
An allergy testing kit contains a plurality of allergy testing applicators, an allergy testing tray and a plurality of allergen bottles each containing an allergen. Each of the applicators contains an elongated handle, a plurality of arms extending from the elongated handle and disposed in an asymmetrical configuration, and a plurality of legs with tines extending from each of the arms. The allergy testing tray contains a main body having an underside and a top surface, a cover for locking with the main body and a plurality of reservoirs extending from the underside of the main body. The reservoirs each have a chamber with an opening extending from the top surface. The reservoirs are disposed in different groups and each group has an asymmetrical configuration matching that of the applicator.
Allergy skin test devices
An allergy skin test device can include a support strip having a top and bottom face. An allergen can be applied to an area of the bottom face forming an allergen portion. A skin viewing portion can be located proximate or at the allergen portion. An adhesive can be applied to an area of the bottom face forming an adhesion portion. When applied to the skin of a subject, the allergy skin test device can facilitate viewing of a portion of the skin beneath the allergy skin test device through the skin viewing portion. A method of testing a subject for an allergy can include applying an allergy skin test device to the skin of the subject, recording two or more images of the skin of the subject, and electronically comparing the images.
NOVEL GENE CLASSIFIERS AND USES THEREOF IN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES
Disclosed herein are methods of detecting an altered gene expression levels in a subject suspected of having an autoimmune disorder. Further described herein are methods of treating an autoimmune disorder in a subject having an exhibiting an altered gene expression level.
