MODULAR PRO TBA KNOB FOR OPEN STORAGE AREAS
A vehicle trailer backup assist control module for positioning in an open area of a vehicle is disclosed, comprising a control device configured to mate electrically and mechanically with a modular adapter for removable positioning the module in the open area of the vehicle, a user interface for receiving gestures from a user and for providing feedback to the user, at least one visual indicator for indicating a status of the control device and/or of a trailer backup assist function of the vehicle, and a data port for transmitting and receiving data to and from the vehicle for controlling a trailer backup assist function of the vehicle.
STEERING SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE
A steering system for an autonomous vehicle includes an autonomous driving assist steering system for controlling steering of the autonomous vehicle in a primary steering mode. Also included is an alternate steering mechanism controlling steering of the autonomous vehicle in a secondary steering mode, wherein the alternate steering mechanism is not a steering wheel.
Steering device and industrial vehicle
A steering device includes a rotation central portion having a rotation axis Ax of the steering device and a steering unit connected to the rotation central portion. The direction in which the rotation axis of the rotation central portion extends is an axial direction. One of directions perpendicular to the axial direction is a radial direction. A direction perpendicular to the axial direction and the radial direction is a width direction. The steering unit protrudes from the rotation central portion in the radial direction in plan view of the steering device in the axial direction. A maximum width of the steering unit in the width direction is less than or equal to a maximum width of the rotation central portion in the width direction.
