MOVABLE OBJECT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A movable object includes: a steering part including a wheel provided to rotate along a ground, a wheel rod connected to the wheel and extending in a direction away from the wheel, and a steering motor connected to the wheel rod to rotate the wheel rod and steer the wheel; and a cover part disposed on top of the steering part, and including a receiving member in which a portion of the steering part is received. When the steering motor rotates the wheel rod in one direction, the steering part is engaged with the receiving member so that the steering part and the cover part may be joined, and when the steering motor rotates the wheel rod in an opposite direction, the steering part is separated from the receiving member so that the steering part and the cover part may be disengaged.
Electric power steering apparatus for a vehicle
An electric power steering apparatus includes left and right swing arm members, right and left tie rods pivotally connected at inner ends to arm portions of the swing arm members via a relay rod pivotally connected to the arm portions at both ends, a rack-and-pinion device in which one end of a rack bar is connected to the arm portion of one of the swing arm members, and a steering input transmission system that transmits a steering input to the rack-and-pinion device. An electric steering assist force applying device is connected to the arm portion of the other swing arm member, and applies a force to assist the other swing arm member to swing.

COUPLING STRUCTURE OF SUSPENSION
A coupling structure of suspension may include an assist knuckle, a RevoKnuckle rotatably engaged with the assist knuckle, rotated independently from the assist knuckle, and performing steering of a wheel located at an outermost periphery, a steering input portion fixed to a vehicle body and applying a steering force to the RevoKnuckle during steering, a rotation transfer unit located between and coupled between the RevoKnuckle and the steering input portion and absorbing angular displacement formed between the steering input portion and the RevoKnuckle, a first link unit having one end located on one side surface of the assist knuckle and the other end located at a lower end of the RevoKnuckle, and a second link unit having one end located on the other side surface of the assist knuckle and the other end located adjacent to the other end of the first link unit at the lower end of the RevoKnuckle.
Steering systems for vehicles
A steering system for a wheel of a vehicle includes a pivot member having multiple pivot-node locations. The pivot member is connectable at a first pivot-node location to a sub-frame of the wheel. A steering rod is actuatable to rotate the wheel about a steering axis and is mechanically coupled with the pivot member to be co-pivotable with the pivot member. A suspension-connector rod has a first end that is connected to the pivot member at a second pivot-node location, and has a second end that is connectable to a suspension arm linking the wheel of the vehicle to the sub-frame. When the steering system is installed in a vehicle, a lateral force acting upon the wheel is transmitted via the steering rod to the pivot member so as to rotate the pivot member, and the rotation is effective to transmit a substantially-vertical force vector to the sub-frame.
STEERING DEVICE OF INDEPENDENT DRIVE WHEEL AND INDEPENDENT DRIVE MODULE INCLUDING SAME
Provided is a steering device of an independent drive wheel, the steering device including a base frame coupled to a vehicle body; a drive device coupled to the base frame and driven to rotate an output shaft; a steering knuckle connecting the base frame and the wheel through an upper arm and a lower arm spaced apart from each other in the up/down direction; and a connecting device having one end connected to the output shaft of the drive device and the other end, which extends in the longitudinal direction, connected to a steering knuckle below the upper arm to transmit the driving force of a drive device to rotate the steering knuckle in the same direction as the extending longitudinal direction.
Wheel suspension
A wheel suspension includes an axle limb which supports a wheel. The axle limb includes a first steering axle which provides a first steering angle in a specified range for the wheel, and components for connecting the axle limb to a support structure. At least one of the components includes a second steering axle which provides a second steering angle which is different than the first steering angle provided by the first steering axle. The second steering axle is selectively releasable. The components for connecting the axle limb to the support structure form a double transverse link axle which includes an upper traverse link and a lower traverse link. A support tube is arranged at a chassis-side end portion of each of the upper traverse link and the lower traverse link of the double transverse link axle. The support tube is pivotable about the second steering axle.
Relative guide device for a steering arrangement arranged on the wheel-carrier side
A relative guide device (1) for a steering arrangement (31) is arranged on the wheel-carrier side for the spatial guidance and maintenance of the relative spatial orientation of the steering arrangement (31) with respect to a vehicle body (40). At least one telescopic movement apparatus (2) for movably connecting the steering arrangement (31) is arranged on the wheel-carrier side to the vehicle body (40). A steering force transmission device (30) transmits a steering force to a wheel (R) of a vehicle having a relative guide device (1), and to a wheel suspension (50) for a vehicle.

VEHICLE STEERING LINKAGE AND AXLE ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAID LINKAGE
A steering linkage for a vehicle includes a cross-linked pivot assembly which includes a first connector configured for connection with the axle, first and second links, and a second connector configured for connection with a wheel. The first connector has a first end with which a first end of the first link is pivotally connected and a second end with which a first end of the second link is pivotally connected. The second connector has first and second ends and is arranged in spaced relation from and at an angle relative to the first connector. The first end of the second connector is arranged closer to the second end of the first connector than is the second end of the second connector. A second end of the first link is pivotally connected with the first end of the second connector and a second end of the second link is pivotally connected with the second end of the second connector. The cross-linked pivot assembly is operable, preferably via a linear actuator, about a vertical pivot axis to steer the wheel.
