Guide rail for crawler track
A crawler mechanism includes a frame, a track including a plurality of shoes coupled together and supported for movement relative to the frame along a direction of travel, a sprocket, and a guide rail. The frame includes a first end, a second end, a first side extending between the first end and the second end and proximate a support surface, and a second side. Each shoe includes an intermediate portion having a first hardness. The sprocket drives the plurality of shoes to move along the second side of the frame. The guide rail is coupled to the second side of the frame and includes a base having an outer surface and a coating bonded to the outer surface. The coating contacts the intermediate portion of the shoes as the shoes move along the second side of the frame, and the coating defines a second hardness less than the first hardness.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR A TRACK-DRIVEN WORK VEHICLE WITH RESILIENT ROLLER WHEEL BUSHINGS
A roller suspension system for a track-driven work vehicle may generally include a support beam and a resilient bushing configured to be coupled to the support beam. The resilient bushing may define a shaft opening. In addition, the system may include a roller wheel assembly having a roller wheel and a roller shaft. The roller wheel may be rotatable relative to the roller shaft. In addition, the roller shaft may be received within the shaft opening of the resilient bushing such that the roller shaft is coupled to the support beam via the resilient bushing.

LOCK PLATE CONFIGURED TO RETAIN WEAR RUNNER
A lock plate configured to retain a wear runner against a support may include a first retainer arm, a second retainer arm, and a web coupling the first and second retainer arms to one another. The first retainer arm, the second retainer arm, and the web may define a recess configured to receive a retainer pin associated with the wear runner. The first retainer arm and the second retainer arm may have a thickness configured to fit within a groove extending at least partially around the retainer pin, such that the lock plate holds the wear runner against the support on a side of the support opposite the lock plate.

TRACKED PISTE GROOMING VEHICLE FOR MAINTENANCE AND SHAPING OF SNOWY TERRAIN
Tracked piste grooming vehicle for maintenance and shaping of snowy terrain, including a crawler chassis which includes, on each side of the chassis, a respective drive wheel, at least four running wheels and a tension wheel, all enclosed by a crawler chain, wherein each running wheel is mounted on a chassis frame in a pretensioned manner by a suspension. Each side of the chassis includes five respective running wheels, with the suspensions thereof having a different pretensioning distribution considered over a vehicle length.

Traveling device and working machine
A travelling frame of a travelling device positioned between a center frame and a travelling motor attachment portion includes an upper plate extended toward the center side of the vehicle to form an extended portion. A long hole into which travelling motor hydraulic piping is inserted is formed in the upper plate along the extended portion. The travelling motor hydraulic piping extends from a lead-out hole opened in an end plate of the center frame, through the long hole of the upper plate and a long hole opened in an end plate, and inserted into the travelling motor attachment portion.

MACHINE COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A sprocket wheel, which is an example of the machine component, includes a base made of a first metal, and an overlay disposed in contact with the base to cover at least a part of a surface of the base. The overlay includes a matrix made of a second metal, and hard particles dispersed in the matrix. The surface of the overlay is a forged surface. The hard particles located in an overlay surface region within an average particle diameter of the hard particles from the surface of the overlay are arranged side by side while being embedded in the overlay.
