BICYCLE SADDLE RAIL AND BICYCLE SADDLE ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE THEREOF
A bicycle saddle rail includes a first connecting structure, two arc rods and a second connecting structure. The first connecting structure includes a main body and two first connecting portions. Each of the arc rods has a first end and a second end, and each of the first ends of the two arc rods is integrally connected to one of the first connecting portions of the first connecting structure. The second connecting structure includes two second connecting portions, wherein each of the second connecting portions is integrally connected to one of the second ends of the two arc rods, respectively, and the second connecting structure is connected with the first connecting structure via the two arc rods, so that the first connecting structure, the two arc rods and the second connecting structure are connected to each other and formed the bicycle saddle rail with a closed structure.
Saddle device
A saddle device includes a first seat unit having a front mounting portion and a rear mounting end portion, a saddle unit having a front end edge unit and a top surface unit, and an elongate backrest including two spaced-apart long sides, and two spaced-apart short sides that are connected between the long sides, and removably mounted to a selected one of the front mounting portion and the rear mounting portion such that, when the backrest is mounted to the front mounting portion, at least one of the short sides is located in front of the front end edge unit, and when the backrest is mounted to the rear mounting end portion, at least one of the long sides is located above the top surface unit.
BICYCLE SADDLE WITH MULTI-DENSITY ZONES
A bicycle saddle comprising a base, a rear portion positioned on the base, and a front portion positioned on the base. The rear portion supports the sit bones of the rider and includes a first resilient material having a first hardness (e.g., 45-55 Shore C), and the front portion supports the genitalia of the rider and includes a second resilient material having a second hardness (e.g., 35-45 Shore C) less than the first hardness. The front portion includes side portions having a first thickness above a highest part of the side sections, and the side portions are separated by a central portion having a second thickness less than the first thickness. Preferably, a lower surface of the central portion is substantially unsupported to form a trampoline-like structure. The upper surface of the central portion can include memory foam and is substantially flush with upper surfaces of the side portions.
Adjustable saddle
An adjustable saddle may include a first saddle half that may be slidably adjustable to a front mounting assembly and slidably adjustable to a rear mounting assembly. An adjustable saddle may further include a second saddle half that may be slidably adjustable to a front mounting assembly and slidably adjustable to a rear mounting assembly. Additionally, the attachment features may be configured to be releasably securable to the mounting assemblies. The first saddle half and the second saddle half may be adjusted independently of each other to adapt to a given sit bone width and riding position to achieve maximum comfort.
Bicycle seat
Among other things, a compliant element is configured to attach a seat of a device on which a user pedals to a frame of the device. The compliant element has a stiffness that is small enough to permit substantially unimpeded rocking of the seat relative to the frame in a plane in which the spine and pelvic bone of the user lie when the user is on the seat, and is large enough to maintain the seat in a substantially horizontal plane when the user is not on the seat.
Bicycle seat for improved comfort, performance, and safety
A seat for a pedal-powered vehicle is described. The seat includes a support frame, a seat element and a nose. The seat element and the nose are implemented as separated components and are supported by the support frame. The seat element is configured to support at least part of a rider's weight. The seat element carries a pressure-relieving region that is configured to be located at a location corresponding to an ischial tuberosity (IT) of the rider, thereby relieving pressure exerted on the rider's IT's.
ADJUSTABLE SADDLE
An adjustable saddle may include a mounting frame with a plurality of tracks configured to receive a plurality of fasteners configured to couple a first saddle half base and a second saddle half base to the mounting frame. The plurality of tracks may extend along a rectilinear path, and/or an arcuate path, to allow pivotal attachment of the first and second saddle half bases at a plurality of different pivot points. In some embodiments, the first and second saddle half bases may also include a plurality of mounting tabs and an intermediate open space formed between the first and second saddle half bases, when the adjustable saddle is fully assembled, in order to allow easy access to the plurality of fasteners.
BICYCLE SADDLE
A bicycle saddle for attaching to a bicycle seat post including a rearward seat portion extending forwardly to a soft compressible nose. The seat portion adapted to support a rider's ischial tuberosities in the cruising position. The nose adapted to support the rider's pudendal or pelvic anatomy. The seat portion having downwardly sloped lateral flanges disposed either side of the nose wherein the flanges continue to provide support to the ischial tuberosities. Any increase in perineal and pudendal pressure is substantially absorbed by the compressibility of the nose such that maintaining continuous contact with the seat portion and nose enables full saddle control as the rider shifts from the cruising to an aerodynamic or racing position.
Adjustable saddle
An adjustable saddle may include a mounting frame couplable with a saddle half base and a discrete or analog saddle half adjustment mechanism configured to adjust an orientation of the saddle half base relative to the mounting frame. The discrete saddle half adjustment mechanism may pivotally attach the saddle half base to the mounting frame in at least two different discrete pivot points. The analog saddle half adjustment mechanism may position the saddle half base relative to the mounting frame along a continuous range of pivot points with a high mechanical advantage that prevents migration of the saddle half base over time. The adjustable saddle may also include a slope adjustment mechanism configured to pivotally adjust a slope of the saddle half base relative to a slope adjustment frame of the adjustable saddle.
Adjustable saddle
An adjustable saddle may include a front mounting bracket with first and second apertures that receive first and second fasteners and a rear mounting bracket with third and fourth apertures that receive third and fourth fasteners. The adjustable saddle may also include first and second saddle half bases that each pivotally attach to the front mounting bracket and slidably translate relative to the rear mounting bracket through first and second arcuate adjustment channels.
