J-GATE MOTORCYCLE CLUTCH ADAPTOR ASSEMBLIES AND RELATED METHODS AND SYSTEMS
The present disclosure includes J-Gate adaptor assemblies for motorcycle clutch levers and related systems and methods. In one illustrative embodiment, a bracket on a side of a motorcycle serves as fulcrum for a lever rod mounted thereon via a heim joint. A lower end of the rod is attached to a clutch control cable. The rod extends upwardly, through a guide member with a guide channel formed as elongated slot extending in a first direction to a bend portion that extends in another direction to a “rest portion.” The rod may be levered in one direction in the guide channel to engage the clutch and in the opposite direction to disengage it. The rod may be held in the “rest” portion of the channel to retain the clutch in a disengaged position. Conversion kits and methods of converting and adapting motorcycles for using these types of assemblies are also included.
Supporting system for a phonic wheel sensor
A supporting structure (100) for phonic wheel sensor (200) and brake caliper (300), comprises: a main body (1) fastened or which can be fastened to a stem of a fork (F) of a motorbike; a wheel support (2) connected to said main body (1) for supporting a wheel of the motorbike; and an extension (3) which develops from said main body (1) and comprises a fastening device (30) for a brake caliper (300). Two pass-through openings (31, 32) are formed in said extension (3), a first pass-through opening (31) for housing the phonic wheel sensor (200) and a second pass-through opening (32) for the passage of a cable (201) of the phonic wheel sensor (200).
HEADSET ASSEMBLY SYSTEM FOR A BICYCLE
A headset assembly system for a bicycle is provided having a handlebar stem (1), radially fastenable by tightening to a fork tube (2), rotatable by headset bearings (7) with respect to a head tube (3) wherein the headset bearings are fastened (7); a retaining flange (4), radially fastenable by tightening to the fork tube (2); a thrust ring (5), axially movable along the fork tube (2); such that the retaining flange (4) and the thrust ring (5) are configured to contact each other by a ramp (6) which relates a rotation with a movement relative to each other; the thrust ring (5) is arranged such that, when the thrust ring (5) is rotated around the fork tube (2) with the retaining flange (4) fastened to the fork tube (2), the thrust ring (5) moves with respect to the retaining flange (4) pushing the stem (1) against the headset bearings (7).
MICRO-MOBILITY FLEET VEHICLE COCKPIT ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A cockpit assembly for a micro-mobility fleet vehicle may include at least two visible and at least partially opposed faces linked by a fold aligned along an axis of a handlebar assembly, such as a first face, a second face, and an intermediate portion connecting the first face to the second face. The first face may include a headlight assembly. The second face may include a display of a user interface that is arranged to face a rider of the fleet vehicle. The display may be disposed adjacent to and/or beneath a mobile device holder. The first face, the second face, and the intermediate portion may wrap at least partially around the handlebar assembly to position the first face towards a front of the fleet vehicle and the second face towards a rear, a rider, and/or a seat of the fleet vehicle.
HANDLEBAR STEM WITH INTEGRATED CABLE GUIDANCE
A handlebar stem core (1) for a handlebar stem of a bicycle comprises a rear-side steer tube receptacle (1a), a front-side handlebar receptacle (1c), and a handlebar stem tube (1b) lying in between. The handlebar stem core is formed for the integrated guidance of a number n of cables (5), with n equal to 1, 2, 3, 4 or greater, and the handlebar stem core is configured for attachment to a cable central section of the number n of cables. The solution allows for guiding mechanical, hydraulic or else electrical brake and gear cables or lines proceeding from the respective operating elements at the handlebar or the handlebar ends to the bicycle frame or the head tube and/or the bicycle fork in a manner concealed from the outside with a low assembly outlay.
