MOTORIZED RUNNING CYCLE
20230249775 · 2023-08-10 ·

A running bike includes a front fork, a rear fork, a handlebar, and a frame extending between and connecting the front fork and the rear fork. The frame has a top tube and a seat tube coupled to the top tube. A seat is adjustably coupled to the seat tube. A footrest is connected to and supported by the frame, a drivetrain receiving region is defined as an area below the top tube and above the footplate, a drivetrain assembly is positioned within the drivetrain receiving region, and a battery mount selectively receives a battery. The battery mount faces the front wheel at a position between the top tube and the footrest. A side panel is coupled to the frame to enclose the drivetrain assembly within the drivetrain receiving region, and has in side view, a plurality of edges positioned between the top tube and the footrest.

LEANING VEHICLE

A leaning vehicle including a body frame; a linkage mechanism supported by the body frame and including a left side part and a right side part; and two front wheels, two foot steps, two foot-step-coupling part and two front guards, respectively at left and right sides of the vehicle. On each of the left and right sides, the front guard is supported by the foot-step-coupling part between the foot step and the front wheel, such that while the leaning vehicle leans, a positional relationship of the front guard changes with respect to the body frame but does not change with respect to the left/right side part and the foot step in a top-bottom direction, and while the front wheel rotates, the front guard does not rotate with the front wheel, and the positional relationship of the front guard to the left/right side part and the foot step remains without change.

Recreational vehicles with heated components

A vehicle including a system for transferring energy between on-board vehicle components and/or between on-board and external components. The vehicle is configured to heat various components through induction to provide comfort to the rider and/or to transfer energy for charging one or more vehicle components.

Recumbent Vehicle

The present invention relates to a recumbent vehicle (10), more particularly, it relates to a recreational electrically (38, 40, 42) and/or pedal-powered recumbent vehicle (10), specifically suited for use as a golf cart (100). The recumbent vehicle (10) includes a chassis (12), two front wheels (14A, 14B), a rear wheel (16), a reclined seat (18), a footrest (20) located forwardly of the rotary axis of the front wheel and an unobstructed load bay (22) between the chassis (12), the rear wheel (16) and a backrest of the reclined seat (18).

UPRIGHT SINGLE-WHEELED ELECTROMOTIVE APPARATUS
20210347434 · 2021-11-11 ·

The present invention relates to an upright single-wheeled electromotive apparatus, the upright single-wheeled electromotive apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: a handle part having a speed-controlling means on one side; an upper frame connected to the handle part and extending lengthwise, and accommodating a battery therein; a brake connected to the upper frame; a drive unit connected to the brake, and rotates a roller; a pair of lower frames for supporting the upper frame while fixing the brake and drive unit on the inner side thereof; a wheel, positioned between the pair of lower frames, which, when the upper frame moves in one direction with respect to a reference position, stops rotating due to the brake coming into contact with the outer surface of the wheel, and when the upper frame moves in the other direction with respect to the reference position, rotates due to the roller of the drive unit coming into contact with the outer surface of the wheel; and a control unit for varying the rotational speed of the drive unit by means of the speed-controlling means.

FRAME FOR AN ELECTRIC CARGO BICYCLE
20210347428 · 2021-11-11 ·

A frame for an electric bicycle, such as a long-tail electric cargo bicycle, is described. The bike frame, in some embodiments, includes cross members that connect a rear rack of the bicycle to a head tube of the bicycle via a seat tube of the bicycle. Via the multiple connection points, the cross members mitigate side to side movement, such as waggling, of the rear rack of the bicycle.

Footrest with integrated tow handle for portable conveyance

A portable conveyance footrest has a support portion having a substantially planar base surface to receive a foot. A tow handle portion is connected to an end of the support portion and forms a substantially planar tow handle that is within a same plane as the substantially planar base surface. The tow handle is spaced apart from the end of the support portion to define a void between the tow handle and the second end of the support portion. The tow handle is disposed within the same plane as the substantially planar base surface so that a user's fingers, when gripping the tow handle, extend into the void between the tow handle and the end of the support portion and through the plane of the substantially planar surface.

MOTORIZED CARRY-ON PROVIDED WITH A RETRACTABLE PLATFORM COMPRISING A PAIR OF DRIVING WHEELS
20210337947 · 2021-11-04 ·

Disclosed is a carry-on including a substantially rectangular parallelepiped container with a handle extendable from the container from an upper base thereof. The carry-on also includes a telescopic platform extendable from the lower base of the container and including wheels at which the carry-on may rest on the ground. The platform is motorized using actuators capable of rotating two of the wheels about a respective transverse axis thereof. The platform includes sensors suitable for detecting a movement of the center of gravity of a user of the carry-on when the user is standing on the platform. A control unit is suitable for controlling an actuation of the actuators according to the movements of the center of gravity of the user detected by the sensors. This results in the carry-on being drivable by a person standing on the platform by slight movements of the center of gravity thereof.
