Device for supporting and securing scooters and derived vehicles
The disclosure relates to a supporting and securing device that is fixed to a scooter-like vehicle or similar by means of a gripping mechanism to secure and grip a user of the vehicle. The device includes a mechanism configured to roll up and lock a belt that surrounds the user, securing and supporting him or her and surrounding a part of his or her back. The mechanism automatically adjusts to the user's position and includes a pressing assembly that allows the length of the unwound belt to be fixed, and a coupling element that connects to a main case. The disclosure also relates to the vehicle including the described device. The disclosure falls within the technical field of parts of vehicles, more specifically vehicle safety belts or harnesses or ease of use while driving.
MODULAR MOTOR SCOOTER
A motor scooter, for transportation of one person or multiple persons, includes a motoric drive. To provide a safe and comfortable motor scooter, which is environmentally-friendly, suitable for everyday-life and cost-effective, the motor scooter is connectable with various modules in a releasable manner. As such the motor scooter can include various and selectable module combinations.
Safety system for a motor bike and method for triggering a safety system
A safety system for a motor bike includes an evaluation and control unit which receives crash-relevant information from at least one sensor unit and evaluates it for the purpose of detecting a crash, and in response to a detected crash, the evaluation and control unit activates at least one external safety component and/or at least one internal safety component using a triggering concept. The evaluation and control unit receives presence signals from the at least one external safety component and/or the at least one internal safety component and evaluates the received signals in order to detect the safety components currently available. The evaluation and control unit selects the triggering concept as a function of the detected safety components currently available.
WAIST BELT AND SAFETY APPARATUS FOR PROTECTING MOTORCYCLE DRIVER
The present invention relates to a waist belt and safety apparatus for protecting a motorcycle driver, wherein the motorcycle driver wears the waist belt having an airbag tube built therein, and in the event of a collision, expansion gas is supplied to the airbag tube to expand the airbag tube to cover the driver's front and back such that the driver is protected. According to the present invention, the airbag tube is built in the waist belt worn on the driver's waist, wherein the airbag tube spreads upward and downward in the waist belt when nitrogen gas is supplied, and the nitrogen gas is supplied to the airbag tube from a nitrogen tank of a gas supply apparatus built in a motorcycle driving stand or from a nitrogen tank suspended from the back of the waist belt.

TWO PERSON VEHICLE SAFETY RESTRAINT
A vehicle safety restraint provides a harness for two persons, seated inline, as upon a motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, personal watercraft and the like. The harness has a forward portion, generally worn by the operator, and a rearward portion, generally worn by the passenger. The forward and rearward portions are connected by horizontally positioned straps and have vertically positioned straps for securing each portion over the torso and shoulders and away from the necks of the operator and of the passenger. A spreader maintains the straps in an X like arrangement and has a construction comfortable upon the back of a passenger. The straps are connected by quick releases, or buckles, at key junctions and have adjustors that permit length adjustments of the straps, making them suitable for persons seated upright safely upon a vehicle.
