A scooter having a handlebar assembly that includes a vertical portion supporting a handlebar. The vertical portion includes an opening at its top end and the opening is configured to receive an elongate portion of a toy. The assembly also includes a ring portion at the opening of the vertical portion and the ring portion frictionally engages the elongate portion of the toy. The vertical portion and the ring portion are configured to securely support the elongate portion of the toy.

These devices are screens and hooks to be attached to a rack, or bike frame itself. In all instances, rack and frame are available in market place by others. As a practical matter, best racks would be marketed with product, with product claims, recommended use and general instructions starting there, but other racks could be used with information to customer that capacities and performance may be more limited. The handles of grocery bags are engaged on gently rounded hooks and/or handlebars. The bike screens hang down outside the wheel to prevent the grocery bags from engaging on the tread or spokes of wheels of the bicycle. The screens are configured to both visually and mechanically outline the maximum available hanging space. The hooks are configured to provide maximum utilization of that available hanging space for all most commonly used sizes and configurations of grocery and other shopping bags.

In various aspects, an actuator assembly configured to move a moveable leg or arm of a doll for dynamic movement is provided. The actuator assembly may comprise a proximal assembly and an intermediate assembly. The proximal assembly may include a proximal frame configured to pivot on a proximal axis, a proximal follower connector that is pivotably coupled to the proximal frame and configured to pivot on a proximal follower connector axis relative to the proximal frame, a coupler that is pivotably coupled to the proximal follower connector and configured to pivot on a first coupler axis relative to the proximal follower connector, and at least one proximal gear.
POWERED WHEELED RIDING DEVICE
A powered wheeled riding device is configured to receive left and right inputs from a user and in response control a left motor and a right motor to move respective left and right wheels forwardly and backwardly consistent with the left and right inputs in order to steer the device without changing a direction of the wheels relative to a frame of the riding device. The riding device has at least one rear wheel that is not powered. The rear wheel is mounted on a wheel mount that rotates freely about a vertical axis so that the rear wheel freely is directed in any direction.

System and method for varying hologram visibility
A system and method for varying hologram visibility is disclosed herein. Specifically the system can comprise a shield. The shield can comprise a first layer and a second layer. The first layer can comprise a photochromic material having a dark state and a light state. The second layer can comprise a hologram that is less visible the first layer is in the light state. The method can comprise attaching a second layer to a first layer. The first layer can comprise a photochromic material having a dark state and a light state. The second layer can comprise a hologram. The hologram can be less visible when the first layer is in the light state than when the first layer is in the dark state.
