The invention has a simple structure. The invention can be used for folding bicycles and electric bicycles.
HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR FOLDING CYCLE FRAME
A hinge assembly for a foldable cycle frame includes a front plate member configured to be connected to a first part of the cycle frame; a rear plate member configured to be connected to a second part of the cycle frame; and a middle plate member configured to releasably couple the front plate member and the rear plate together. The hinge assembly further includes a first pin member configured to secure the front plate member to the middle plate member; and a second pin member configured to secure the rear plate member to the middle plate member.
SEPARABLE BICYCLE AND SEPARABLE BICYCLE FRAME
The present disclosure relates to a separable bicycle and a separable bicycle frame, which are capable of facilitating transport and storage, and each of the separable bicycle and the separable bicycle frame includes a head tube capable of receiving a handle stem, a seat tube accommodating a seat post on which a seat is installed, a top frame connecting an upper portion of the seat tube to the head tube, and a down frame connecting a lower portion of the seat tube to the head tube, wherein, in order for the head tube connected to a front wheel and the seat tube connected to a rear wheel to be completely separated from each other, a top fastening portion is installed in a middle of the top frame and a down fastening portion is installed in a middle of the down frame.
Walker specialized for trail use
A walker specialized for use on trails by pushing and walking, rather than riding on, with no drivetrain is provided. The walker can include a frame, two inline wheels, and a handlebar steering mechanism. The walker can further include a braking mechanism, an elbow rest, an electric motor, and racks and/or carriers for gear.
Easily and quickly foldable electric scooter
An electric scooter includes: an upper plate member including two roll tubes and a shaft tube pivotally connected to a standing tube and inserted into the roll tubes, the standing tube having a hooking part and a connection part disposed between the roll tubes and inserted by the shaft tube; a lower plate member including a pressing part positioning with the hooking part; two frames pivotally connected between the upper and lower plate members through bolts, each opened frame including a clip tightly covering the standing tube; a stopper disposed between the upper and lower plate members and positioning the closed frames; and a pivotal connection seat including two frame fitting members covering the tapered portions and having a quick release member, a tapered seat base having a top part combined with a cover frame of the seat cushion provided with a quick release member fixed to a positioning hole.
Method and apparatus for nesting a suspension bicycle frame
The present invention is a swingarm suspension bicycle frame that is designed to allow nesting of the swingarm within the main frame of the bicycle frame, thereby allowing the bicycle frame to be packed and shipped in a smaller package than prior art bicycles of similar frame and wheel size, and a method for nesting such a suspension bicycle frame. In one or more embodiments, the pivot bearing to which the pivot point of the swingarm is attached is positioned along the seat support member of the main frame at a distance from the bottom of the bracket mount of the seat support member that is at least as great as the distance from the pivot point of the swingarm to the shock absorber mounting point of the swingarm. Such a location allows the swingarm to be nested within the main frame of the bicycle frame.
Locking mechanism and vehicle having same
A locking mechanism includes: a mounting housing; a shaft sleeve rotatably arranged on the mounting housing and having an inner wall provided with a first snap structure; a locking assembly, at least a part of the locking assembly being movably arranged in the shaft sleeve, and the locking assembly being provided with a second snap structure cooperating with the first snap structure; and a driving member, at least a part of the driving member being movably arranged on and passing through the mounting housing, wherein the driving member is in driving connection with at least a part of the locking assembly, and the driving member drives the second snap structure to be snapped with or separated from the first snap structure.
Luggage scooter
A luggage scooter has a middle frame, a front wheel section, a seat section, and a rear wheel section. The front wheel section has a front wheel frame pivotally connected to the middle frame at a front wheel frame joint. The front wheel frame is mounted to a steering joint. The steering joint is mounted on the middle frame. The steering joint provides steering in both a left and right direction. The front wheel frame joint provides the front wheel frame with configurable position between a stowed position and a deployed position. A front wheel is mounted to the front wheel frame at a front wheel support. A rear wheel section has a rear wheel frame pivotally connected to the middle frame at a rear wheel frame joint.
ELECTRIC SCOOTER MOUNTED ON MOTORCYCLE
A motorcycle may include a step operating mechanism including a base member, a pivot member, a pivot shaft, and a locking mechanism. The base member may be supported by a first portion of a frame member. The pivot member may extend from the base member in a motorcycle width direction. The pivot member may pivot along a straight line orthogonal to the pivot shaft and may be configured to be received by a docking cavity of an associated electric scooter. The locking mechanism of the step operating mechanism may be configured to lock or fix a front portion of the associated electric scooter to the pivot member when the pivot member is received by the docking cavity of the associated electric scooter. The motorcycle may include a second locking mechanism supported by a second portion of the frame member.
Hinge clamp for a bicycle frame and other structures
A hinge clamp adapted to clamp a hinge assembly with an eyelet to position and protect a retraction spring, a counter-bore in the V-plate to accommodate the spring, and a finger loop to position the user's finger during operation. In some aspects the clamp may have a removable bolt tightening handle, the release of which enables the handle to be removed to avoid damage and to prevent theft. The handle may be removable over the head of the bolt in a first rotary configuration, and be constrained under the head of the bolt in a second rotary configuration. The hole in the clamp plate is counter-bored on the “V” side to accommodate a spring, which surrounds the bolt.
