CHAIN
An object is to prevent a loss in sprocket drive efficiency and chain slacking. The chain includes a plurality of inner link plates, a plurality of outer link plates, and a plurality of pins. At least any of the plurality of inner link plates, outer link plates, or pins include a hardened surface layer on part or all of sliding surfaces that slide against other components, the hardened surface layer containing one of Cr carbide, Ti carbide, V carbide, Nb carbide, Cr nitride, Ti nitride, V nitride, and Nb nitride.
SPROCKET AND CHAIN ASSEMBLY FOR BICYCLE
A sprocket and chain assembly for bicycles is revealed. The sprocket and chain assembly for bicycles includes a bicycle sprocket and a bicycle chain. A contact part of the bicycle sprocket and a contact part of the bicycle chain in contact with each other are made of a multi-layer clad metal which is composed of a first metal and a second metal. The first metal has higher hardness and density than the second metal. A surface material for the contact parts of the bicycle sprocket and the bicycle chain is the first metal for providing sufficient wear resistance and ensuring service life of both the bicycle sprocket and the bicycle chain. Moreover, the lightweight design of the bicycle sprocket and the bicycle chain is achieved and sufficient structural strength is provided by the contact parts made of the multi-layer clad metal.
STAGE-VARIATION VARIABLE SPEEDS TRANSMISSION BICYCLE
The invention disclosures a stage-variation variable speeds transmission bicycle, comprising a bicycle bracket, wherein the bicycle bracket is provided with a medial axis, a medial axis chain wheel group is arranged on the medial axis, medial axis chain wheel group comprises three chain wheels with different size; also comprising bicycle rear shaft, a freehub arranged on rear shaft, the freehub is fixed with a sun gear, one side of the sun gear is provided with a planetary carrier comprising planetary gears, a gear ring is provided radially outward of planetary gears, a ratchet is provided radially outward of the gear ring, the ratchet is provided with a pawl, the invention is easy to start and can be operated at a high speed, also can realize switch between the one-stage and two-stage transmission status arbitrarily during riding and parking to ensure a better cycling experience.
DRIVE CHAIN SYSTEM
A drive chain system having a chain with an alternating succession of inner chain links and outer chain links, each inner chain link having a pair of inner link plates and each outer chain link having a pair of two outer link plates contacting the inner link plates of adjacent inner chain links. A pin connects two outer link plates and two inner link plates, wherein the inner surfaces of a pair of opposite outer link plates has protrusions in the area between the adjacent inner link plates. The system has a rear cassette with a multitude of sprockets with a plurality of sprocket teeth, wherein the cassette has sprocket teeth of different tooth types, the teeth of at least one tooth type having a tip laterally offset from the centerplane.
Drive arrangement for a bicycle
A drive arrangement for a bicycle may be provided with various interactive components configured to reliably and repeatably engage and disengage with one another both when new and after a period of wear. The drive arrangement may include a drive sprocket assembly connected to a driven sprocket assembly with a chain movable by a gear changer.
Multi-pinion arrangement and bicycle drive having a multi-pinion arrangement of said type
A bicycle drive includes a multi-sprocket arrangement for rotatable mounting on a rear-wheel axle an engagement with a bicycle chain having inner link plate pairs and chain outer link plate pairs. The multi-sprocket arrangement includes a sprocket having, between an axial inner side and an oppositely situated axial outer side, a flat sprocket body and a plurality of teeth formed on a circumference of the sprocket. The plurality of teeth include at least one tooth of a first tooth group, the axial width of which is dimensioned to be greater than a chain inner link plate spacing and smaller than a chain outer link plate spacing, and a second tooth group, the axial width of which are dimensioned to be smaller than the chain inner link plate spacing.
DRIVE CHAIN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A DRIVE-CHAIN
A drive chain system comprising a chain with an alternating succession of inner chain links and outer chain links, each inner chain link having a pair of inner link plates contacting the lateral faces of two rollers and each outer chain link having a pair of two outer link plates contacting the inner link plates of adjacent inner chain links. A pin connects two outer link plates and two inner link plates and a roller, wherein the inner surfaces of a pair of opposite outer link plates comprise protrusions in the area between the adjacent inner link plates. The system comprises a chainring with a plurality of teeth, which teeth taper laterally towards their respective tip.
Asymmetric bicycle chain link
A bicycle chain includes inner link members and outer link member. An inner link having two connecting openings which are formed at a distance from each other, pass through the inner link in the thickness direction thereof and are each designed for receiving a connecting component in order to connect the inner link to a further inner link in order to form an inner link member of a bicycle chain. An outer link member may be formed and attached to the inner link. The inner and/or outer links may be formed with features asymmetric about various orientations of the links.
BICYCLE CHAINRING WITH OFFSET AND FULL WIDE TEETH
A bicycle chain ring having a plurality of teeth extending radially about an axis of the chain ring, the plurality of teeth including a first group of teeth and a second group of teeth. The first group of teeth has a first width at a tooth base that is sized to be received within a chain cavity defined between parallel links of a bicycle chain. The second group of teeth has a second width at the tooth base, the second width being different from the first width. Further, the first group of teeth have a tooth tip that is substantially centered on a plane defined between an inner surface and an outer surface of the chain ring and the second group of teeth is at least partially offset from the plane.
Roller chain inner plate
A bicycle chain is used to transmit the drive force to at least one chain wheel and contains chain rollers and inner and outer plates which are connected to each other by means of pins. As a result of a corresponding shaping of the extremely hard inner plate, the wear on the teeth which cooperate with the inner plate can be reduced on the chain wheels or sprockets.
