Vehicle and method for monitoring abnormality of power transmission mechanism
An electric bicycle includes: a sleeve to which power for driving the electric bicycle is input; a rear wheel; and a power transmission mechanism that transmits the power input to the sleeve to the rear wheel. The electric bicycle determines an abnormality of the power transmission mechanism or prevents or prohibits driving performed by using the power transmission mechanism based on a reference composite gear ratio of the power transmission mechanism acquired at a first time and current composite gear ratio of the power transmission mechanism acquired at a second time subsequent to the first time.
Shifting device and gear unit
A shifting device for a transmission unit of a vehicle, in particular a vehicle that is driven by muscle force. The transmission unit has a first shaft, which is formed as a hollow shaft, on which a plurality of free gears is mounted. The free gears are in engagement with a corresponding plurality of gearwheels, which are mounted on a second shaft, wherein the free gears are connectable to the first shaft by means of selecting devices. The selecting devices can be actuated by means of a camshaft arranged coaxially in the first shaft, wherein the camshaft is connected to a driving device in order to be rotated relative to the first shaft to actuate the selecting devices.

Continuously variable transmission
A variable speed transmission having a plurality of tilting balls and opposing input and output discs is illustrated and described that provides an infinite number of speed combinations over its transmission ratio range. The use of a planetary gear set allows minimum speeds to be in reverse and the unique geometry of the transmission allows all of the power paths to be coaxial, thereby reducing overall size and complexity of the transmission in comparison to transmissions achieving similar transmission ratio ranges.

STRADDLED VEHICLE
A straddled vehicle, including a frame structure, a rear arm, a driving wheel rotatably supported by the rear arm, a power source unit, and a drive unit including a gear box, a drive motor and a control unit. The drive motor is arranged with an off-set toward a first direction from a center of the straddled vehicle, without overlapping the power source unit in a side view. The control unit is further in a second direction than the drive motor, and overlaps the drive motor, but does not overlap the power source unit, in the side view. The gear box is further in the second direction than the drive motor, and overlaps the drive motor in the side view. The gear box is also further in the first direction than the control unit, and overlaps with the control unit, but does not overlap the power source unit, in the side view.

AN OVERRUNNING TRANSMISSION DEVICE CONVENIENT FOR SWITCHING
The present invention discloses an overrunning transmission device convenient for switching. The transmission device comprises a transmission gear and a transmission shaft (102) which is arranged to penetrate a shaft hole of the transmission gear, wherein at least one clamping groove (105) is formed at an edge of the shaft hole of the transmission gear; a chamber is formed in transmission shaft (102) which extends in the axial direction of the transmission shaft (102), and a clamping plate (104) is provided in the chamber; and an end of the clamping plate (104) can move in the chamber back and forth along the radial direction of the transmission gear so that the end of the clamping plate (104) can be inserted into or removed from the clamping groove (105), thereby the transmission shaft (102) and the transmission gear can be engaged and separated with each other. The overrunning transmission device convenient for switching can make the switching smooth and save energy effectively.
ACTUATION DEVICE FOR THE CONTROL CABLE OF A BICYCLE GEARSHIFT
An actuation device of a control cable of a bicycle gearshift has a casing, a cable-winding bush mounted in the casing rotatable about a rotation axis in a first angular direction between a first and a last angular position and in a second angular direction between the last and the first angular position, a rotary member mounted in the casing in a rotary manner about the rotation axis and a stationary member mounted in a non-rotary manner in the casing, wherein one of the two members is provided with at least one first pointer engaged on a fastening track formed on the other member, the fastening track extending along a closed loop path and having at least one first plurality of stop positions engageable in sequence by the pointer. A first stop position that determines the first angular position of the cable-winding bush is angularly spaced from the next stop position by an indexing angle.
