Adjustable height spring-biased support pole
A spring-biased support pole 10 for supporting a boat cover 40 over a boat during transport of the boat as well as docking of the boat. The support pole comprises a base 14 and a support rod system 100 connected to the base. The support rod system comprises at least two support rod sections 110, 120 that are telescopically connected to one another and a spring 20. The spring is positioned between the telescoping connection of a first support rod section and a second support rod section, such that the spring controls vertical movement of the second support rod section with respect to the first support rod section and provides a biasing force that is applied to the second support rod section and to the cover supported by the support pole.
SureFill
The present invention relates to improvements to fill prevention devices and more particularly to a permanently installed fill prevention device used for potable water tanks. There are other fill prevention devices however because other fill prevention devices related to potable water systems require them to be removed before filling the water tank, these other devices are difficult to use and are often lost. The present invention discloses a circular disk (1) made from plastic such as Nylon, High Density Polypropylene, or other inert durable plastic. The outer area of the disk is threaded (3) to allow this fill prevention device to be threaded into existing potable water deck fill (7) When in place the device will prevent the insertion of a fuel nozzle, hence keeping the water tank and potable water contamination free. From the center of the circular disk is a hollow cylinder (2) which rises vertically and is connected to the inner wall of the circular disk. The diameter of this hollow cylinder is such so that the end of a garden hose (5) can be inserted over it to fill the water tank. Along the bottom edge of the device are holes (4) that allow air and excess water to escape. This device when inserted into an existing deckfill (7) creates both a mechanical barrier along with a visual deterrent due to it's blue color which is consistent with containers used for potable water.
This device when inserted still allows the existing deck cap (6) to be used.
This fill prevention device can also be manufactured into a deckfill (12) as shown in FIG. 7.
The advantage of having this device in place is to prevent the costly error of accidentally adding fuel to a watercrafts potable water system. This is an error that occurs often and results in irreparable damage to the watercrafts potable water tank resulting in thousands of dollars of damage; in most cases causing the need for expensive replacement of the watercrafts water tank system. There is also the creation of a hazardous waste material when mixing fuel within the water system. This will affect the need for proper hazardous waste disposal.
FORMABLE AQUATIC COVERINGS FOR PREVENTING BIOFOULING
The instant invention describes an anti-biofouling structure for placement onto structures or surfaces that are exposed to aquatic environments. Embedded within the anti-biofouling structure are agents that can diffuse out of the structure and prevent the formation and/or accumulation of plant and animal species build-up that creates biofouling. The instant invention also describes a system for preventing biofouling of an object stored in an aquatic environment which includes the anti-biofouling structure and a protective cover element constructed and arranged to fit various structures, such as boat propellers.

Multi-sectioned hard top boat cover
This hard top boat cover is designed for panels to fit the bow, middle, and stern section of different width and length size boats of similar design through using a “mix and match” system. This means that each section will have more than one panel that can be chosen from for a proper fit. The result is a hard-shell boat cover that can be created for different width and length boats solving the problem of having just one size cover that fits one size boat. The cover's overlap design allows it to fit several boats without interference from gunnel attachments or interior boat obstructions. The cover's design works with an adjustable bracket brace that holds the panel covers up over the boat while being held down by straps that connect it to the boat trailer. The bracket brace design can be placed on a range of gunnel widths and at locations on the gunnel that adjust to the width of the beam of the boat for a snug fit without scarring the gunnel.
Automated cover support and method
The invention relates to devices, systems, and methods that involve automatically lifting a boat cover above an interior of the boat.
WIND AND WAVE REDUCTION DEVICE FOR AN OFFSHORE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND WIND AND WAVE REDUCTION SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
A wind and wave reduction device includes base seats and base pipes. Each base seat has two lateral ends and through holes disposed between the lateral ends. Each base pipe extends through a respective one of the through holes of each of the base seats. Step plates are disposed on support frames, and each of the support frames is positioned between two adjacent ones of the base pipes. A lateral frame is connected transversely to one of the lateral ends of each of the base seats. A blocking plate is fixed to the lateral frame and has air disturbing holes.

WIND DEFLECTION APPARATUS
An apparatus (240), including: a fairing (242, 250) shaped to have a leading edge profile (606) that is configured to cooperate with a side profile of a console (206) to redirect an oncoming airflow laterally away from an occupant positioned behind the console; and a mounting apparatus (350) configured to secure the fairing relative to the console.
