Jet boat
A jet boat includes a cockpit arranged in a central portion of the jet boat on a boat body centerline, a bulwark provided along a circumference of a deck, and a platform fixed to a stern. In the bulwark, the upper surface of a rear bulwark between the platform and the cockpit is located above the upper surface of a foot space and below the seating surface of a seat.
Watercraft-mounted personal lifting device
A watercraft-mounted personal lifting device includes a remotely-operated arm in mechanical communication with a motor at a first end and a platform at a second end. Upon activation, the arm is configured to selectively raise or lower the platform. The platform is configured to accommodate a wheelchair and user thereby enabling the wheelchair and user to enter or exit the watercraft.
Water and Land-Based Modular System for Environmentally Versatile Housing, Shelter and Commercial Use
A sustainable floating and land application community based on a mass-produced modular, pre-fabricated kit of parts referred to as floating modular units (FMU) or land module units (LMU). Both modular units are designed to allow for various needs while remaining simple to deliver and assemble by hand in remote destinations prone to volatile shifts in water levels and currents. Both floating and land module units can be erected for use on land and bodies of water.
SPECIAL NEEDS BOAT CONFIGURATION
Boat configurations and implementations are provided to make it more accessible for disabled people to participate in boating, commercial or recreational. A boat engine may be positioned in front of the helm, a flat boat deck may allow access to the engine and helm by a person in a wheelchair or similar physical impairment, and a flat access to the boat deck at the stern of the boat may allow disabled people to easily get on board.
Marine Vessel With Moving Control Unit
Disclosed herein is a marine vessel, with a control panel movably mounted to the vessel.

SUBMERGED-FLOATING TYPE WATER HOUSE
The present invention relates to a submerged-floating type water house. The house comprises: a first lower side part and a second lower side part formed symmetrically with respect to each other; a first upper side part and a second upper side part formed symmetrically and extending from the first lower side part and the second lower side part; and a front part and a rear part formed in front of and in back of the first lower side part and second lower side part and the first upper side part and second upper side part, thereby forming a rhombic-shaped body and floating in water.

EXPANSION DECK SYSTEM FOR VESSELS
An expansion deck system for vessels includes an elongated deck body that is pivotally secured to a vessel by a plurality of hinges. The deck body transitions between a folded position that does not affect the overall width of the vessel, and an expanded position that extends outward from the side of the vessel. A plurality of triangular-shaped braces is removably secured to the bottom surface of the deck body. The braces including a first section that extends along an entire width of the deck body and a second section that engages a pontoon of the vessel. An electromechanical bracing unit is positioned along the bottom surface of the vessel and includes a linear actuator that moves an elongated rod between an extended and retracted position, and A power lifting unit transitions the deck body between the folded and extended positions.
Sliding Rod Holder Assembly
A fishing rod holder assembly is provided in a cabin of a boat. A rod holder locking member is mounted on a shelf in the cabin and is movable between an outboard position in the cabin and a position in the direction of the interior of the cabin. The locking member includes two plates hinged to each other to open and close, and having at least one cutout to receive and hold a rod handle therein. A rod tip holder is provided spaced from the rod holder locking member to support the tip of a fishing rod held within the assembly.
