PATIENT-MOUNTED SURGICAL SUPPORT
Surgical support instruments are described herein that can couple to, e.g., an implanted anchor and provide a platform for coupling other surgical implements thereto. In one embodiment, an instrument can include an elongate body having opposed projections extending laterally from a distal portion thereof that can at least partially surround a shank of an implantable anchor such that a longitudinal axis of the elongate body is laterally offset from a longitudinal axis of the anchor. The instrument can further include a lock configured to exert a drag force on a head of the anchor to control polyaxial movement of the instrument relative to the anchor. Further, a proximal portion of the elongate body can be configured to receive a retractor assembly including a plurality of tissue manipulating implements and selectively lock the retractor assembly at any of a plurality of positions along a length of the elongate body.

Tilting seat with lowered joint
A tilting seat for operators in a controlled environment, particularly for surgeons and the like, comprising a saddle, a chest support, a forehead support and a leg support connected to a base standing on the ground, such that the saddle, the chest support, the forehead support and the leg support are integrally movable with rotation about a horizontal-axis joint placed below the saddle, keeping the space over the joint free from movable elements while in use, guaranteeing the substantial lack of contamination in such space.

STERILE CONSOLE FOR ROBOTIC SURGERY
A sterile console includes at least one master input tool mechanically ungrounded and suitable to be hand-held by a surgeon during surgery. A surgical chair has a seating surface to accommodate the surgeon during surgery. A tracking system detects position and orientation of the master input tool within a predefined tracking volume. A tool supporting element receives the master input tool. The consoles also includes a slave robot assembly has at least one surgical instrument designed to operate on a patient anatomy, and a control unit. A field generator of the tracking system is integral with a portion of the surgical chair so that, when the surgeon is seated and hand-holds the master input tool, the master input tool is located within the predefined tracking volume. The position and orientation of the master input tool are detected by the tracking system.

Ergonomic body positioning system
An ergonomic body positioning system for supporting and positioning a user such that the user can maintain a neutral body position while providing improved access and visibility to a worksite. The body positioning system includes a base, a support arm, a stem mounted to the support arm, and at least one body support device.

MOBILE SURGICAL CONTROL CONSOLE
A mobile surgical control console is provided and includes a base housing, a lower frame assembly, a plurality of vertical supports, a monitor, and an upper frame assembly. The lower frame assembly further includes a proximal end, a distal end and an opening defined therethrough which extends through the proximal end thereof. The lower frame assembly is coupled to the base housing. The plurality of vertical supports each have an inferior end and a superior end, and each vertical support is attached to the base housing. The monitor is attached to the superior end of each vertical support. The upper frame assembly includes an upper frame and a mobile section. The upper frame includes a proximal end, a distal end and an opening defined therethrough. The upper frame is supported on each vertical support. The mobile section is supported by the upper frame.
Surgical robotic system having anthropometry-based user console
Surgical robotic systems including a user console for controlling a robotic arm or a surgical robotic tool are described. The user console includes components designed to automatically adapt to anthropometric characteristics of a user. A processor of the surgical robotic system is configured to receive anthropometric inputs corresponding to the anthropometric characteristics and to generate an initial console configuration of the user console based on the inputs using a machine learning model. Actuators automatically adjust a seat, a display, or one or more pedals of the user console to the initial console configuration. The initial console configuration establishes a comfortable relative position between the user and the console components. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
