METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CURVED EDGE CIGARETTE ROLLING PAPER
A method of manufacturing packaged curved edge cigarette rolling papers including stacking a cigarette rolling paper blanks to form a leaf stack. The leaf stack is enclosed within a folded cover to form a covered leaf stack. A band is wrapped around the covered leaf stack to hold the leaf stack in alignment with the cover while the cover and leaf stack is die cut to form packaged curved edge cigarette rolling papers. The curved edge is continuous arc, for example an elliptical arc which eliminates the corners that can interfere with cigarette hand rolling.
Paper sheet bundling apparatus
A paper sheet bundling apparatus includes a bundling unit 22 configured to bundle bundling target paper sheets using a bundling band and make a batch of paper sheets, a stamp affixing unit 71 configured to affix a stamp to the bundling band of the batch of paper sheets, a memory unit 180 configured to store therein an association between the kind of paper sheet and a stamp affixing position on the bundling band or the paper sheet, and a control unit 170 configured to obtain a stamp affixing position corresponding to the kind of the bundling target paper sheets with reference to the association, and adjust a positional relation between the stamp and the bundling band or the batch of paper sheets at a time of affixing the stamp, on a basis of the obtained stamp affixing position.

PAPER SHEET PROCESSING DEVICE
Disclosed herein is a paper sheet processing device 100 including: a hopper unit 2 configured to take in paper sheets; a recognition unit 3 configured to read serial numbers of the paper sheets taken in through the hopper unit 2; a database 1202 configured to store the serial numbers read by the recognition unit 3; and a control unit 120 configured to process the paper sheets. The control unit 120 searches the serial numbers stored in the database 1202 for any duplicated serial number, and detects, when finding any duplicated serial number, that duplicate processes have been performed on a paper sheet identified by the duplicated serial number.
