BAG LOADING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD OF BAG LOADING APPARATUS
Provided is a bag loading apparatus including: a first loading unit configured to load bags of a first line; a second loading unit configured to load bags of a second line; a discharge unit; and a control unit, and the control unit controls the first loading unit to drop the plurality of bags of the first line from the first loading unit onto the discharge unit, controls the discharge unit to move the plurality of bags of the first line dropped onto the discharge unit to an area under the plurality of bags of the second line loaded on the second loading unit, and controls the second loading unit to drop the plurality of bags of the second line from the second loading unit-onto the plurality of bags of the first line.
Bundled object, bundling method, and bundling apparatus
A bundled object is obtained in which a plurality of overlapped articles is sufficiently strongly bundled and it is also easy to release the bundling. A bundled object 1 is configured to include a body-to-be-bundled 3 which is made by overlapping a plurality of articles 2 and has four marginal portions 3a each extending a direction orthogonal to an overlapping direction, and a strip-shaped plastic tape 4 which bundles the body-to-be-bundled 3 by winding around the body-to-be-bundled 3 once so as to pass over the four marginal portions 3a. Then, both end portions 4a and 4b other than a winding portion of the plastic tape 4 are overlapped on each other at a position away from the body-to-be-bundled 3 and close to one marginal portion 3a, and the overlapped tape both end portions 4a and 4b are welded to each other at a plurality of welded portions H.
Binding medium clamping mechanism and banknote binding machine containing same
A binding medium clamping mechanism includes a rotatable clamping element configured to clamp a binding medium, a driving element configured to drive the clamping element, a one-way transmission element connected between the driving element and the clamping element, and a rotatable clamping head opening element configured to open the clamping element, wherein in the case that the clamping element rotates in a first rotation direction to a position for waiting to clamp the binding medium, the positions of the clamping element and the clamping head opening element interferes with each other, to open the clamping element, and in the case that the clamping element rotates in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, the clamping head opening element is pushed by the clamping element to rotate in the first rotation direction to move out of a moving track of the clamping element.
