Doser assemblies, apparatuses including a doser assembly, and/or methods of making the same
In an example embodiment, a doser assembly includes a hopper assembly configured to receive plant material, a bracket assembly connected to the hopper assembly, and a roller in a hopper opening defined by the hopper assembly extending through the hopper assembly. An interior surface of the hopper assembly may define the hopper opening. The bracket assembly may include a shaft extending across a portion of the hopper opening. The roller may be in the portion of the hopper opening of the hopper assembly and may extend between a first part and a second part of the interior surface of the hopper assembly. The roller may be connected to the shaft and may be configured to rotate with rotation of the shaft.
Medicine Cassette
[Object] To achieve a compact construction while making it possible to dispense a medicine certainly one by one.
[Solution] A medicine dispensing unit 7 for dispensing a medicine retained is disposed. The medicine dispensing unit comprises a first rotator 24 having a circular face rotatably disposed at a slant state to a horizontal plane; a second rotator 25 having a ring face rotatably disposed over the horizontal plane at an outer peripheral side of the first rotator 24; and a guide member 28 having a guide face, the guide face being disposed above the circular face of the first rotator 24 while extending radially with respect to the circular face, being positioned at a downstream side in a rotational direction of the first rotator 24 towards a periphery in a radial direction, and being capable of contacting with the medicine placed on the first rotator 24 due to rotation of the first rotator 24.
A MACHINE AND A PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING POUCHES CONTAINING A COHESIONLESS MATERIAL
A machine for manufacturing pouches containing a cohesionless material, including feed means for feeding the cohesionless material to a pick-up station, a transfer drum by which the material is picked up at the pick-up station and transferred to a release station, delivery means operating at the release station and by which portions of the material are delivered from the transfer drum through a duct toward a wrapping station at which the portions are sealed in pouches, and a mixer located at the pick-up station for performing a mixing action on the material at the pick-up station before the material is picked up by the transfer drum.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING POUCHED TOBACCO PRODUCT
In a method and apparatus for producing a small pouch with a predetermined amount of particulate material therein, a predetermined amount of the particulate material is portioned from a bulk supply and compacted into a single discrete caplet. The caplet is then deposited into an open hollow pouch closed at one end thereof, and the open end is then closed with the caplet between the closed ends of the pouch. The caplet in the pouch is then compressed to return it to its particulate form. The particulate material may be granular or shredded tobacco.
