The invention relates to a filling needle (10; 10a-10g) for dispensing a pharmaceutical liquid (1) into a container (2), comprising a preferably rod-shaped filling needle body (12; 12a; 12b; 12d; 12f; 12g) in which a product feed bore (13) is formed, having at least one, preferably a plurality of product outlet bores (16; 16a to 16d) which extends from the product feed bore (13) and opens on an outer wall of the filling needle body (12; 12a; 12b; 12d; 12f; 12g) into a region which is spaced apart from a filling needle body end (25; 25b; 25c) with respect to a longitudinal axis (18) of the filling needle body (12; 12a; 12b; 12d; 12f; 12g), and having a valve element (14; 14b; 14c; 14d; 14e; 14g) which is made of an elastic material which covers the filling needle body (12; 12a; 12b; 12d; 12f; 12g) at least in the region of the at least one product outlet bore (16; 16a to 16d).

The device and method for crushing and discharging a granular clump material in a flexible container includes a hanging step for hanging from above a flexible container containing a compacted granular clump material, a thrusting step for thrusting top portions of contact units against a bottom wall of the flexible container in regions on opposite sides of a discharge tube extending downward from a central region of the bottom wall, and a pushing step for pushing side portions of the contact units in regions from the bottom wall to side portions of the flexible container. The method and device are capable of crushing the granular clump material in the flexible container and of discharging substantially whole amount thereof.
Conveyance mechanism
A conveyance mechanism is provided. A bag body processing unit is installed with a roller unit. While the process transfer unit transfers a bag body processing unit from a first guide station to a second guide station, the roller unit moves from a first guide surface to a second guide surface and is placed on the second guide surface in the second guide station. In the second guide station, the roller unit is placed on the second guide surface, and a second guide part is moved from a first variation position to a second variation position while the roller unit is placed on the second guide surface, so that the roller unit is moved from a first height position to a second height position.

Provided is a weighing and packaging system including: a weighing unit which weighs and sequentially discharges articles; a discharge chute through which the articles discharged from the weighing unit pass; a foreign matter detecting unit which detects the foreign matter contained in the article passing through the discharge chute; a memory unit which stores quality information pertaining to the quality of the article based on a detection result of the foreign matter detecting unit; and a control unit which controls the memory unit, in which in a case where the foreign matter is detected by the foreign matter detecting unit with respect to the N.sup.th (N is an integer of 2 or more) article discharged from the weighing unit, the control unit controls the memory unit to forcibly store the quality information of the (N1).sup.th article discharged from the weighing unit as a poor quality.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING A PRODUCT INTO A CONTAINER
An apparatus for delivering a product into a container can include a filling unit, a drive unit configured to move the container with respect to the filling unit between a first position and a second position, and a controller. The filling unit can include a pump and a filling nozzle. The controller can: control delivery of the product through the filling nozzle; control the drive unit; register an operational end position of the drive unit corresponding to said second position; assign the registered operational position as a new initial position for the drive unit; calculate a new drive unit motion profile for controlling movement of the container from said second position to said first position based on said new initial position of the drive unit; and initiate delivery of the product through the filling nozzle into the container before the drive unit reaches said operational end position.
